Arwa started to act. He pointed behind the man and screamed. He then wriggled out of Sage's grip and started to run back to the camp. He gestured with a big 'follow-me' hand motion and didn't wait for anyone to follow.
The man looked behind himself and prayed- he thought that if gods ran from this thing- he was doomed. Deciding his safety was best with the gods, he ran after them, albeit, somewhat slower.
Delilah was waiting. They had been gone a bit. Not too long to be worried, but just concerned. On the horizon she saw the group running back to them,
"Hey everyone- the racers are back!"
After she looked further to the distance, borrowing eagle eyes to see there was a monster chasing them.
"What the f.."
Hermes, as Stratios looked up from under his hat, and saw people running towards the camp. People! Always running about- here, there, everywhere! He thought briefly that they should just calm down.
"What's going on?" he said as he stood, pretending to stretch.

Flicker ran after them, a perplexed expression plastered on her face. "Hey guys...why are we running?!"
((Sorry I was gone guys, I had finals, a computer ban, and a clan event to take care of. Can someone give me a small summary of what I missed? I did read it, but I'm still kinda fuzzy on the details. ^^ wink )

Sage grinned slightly as she dropped back and stopped running after Arwa so she could tell Flicker. "We're herding the man back to camp so he can get some medical attention. Arwa's idea. He asked me to create an illusion to get the man to camp. So I did. I based it around the ones from your favorite horror stories and movies. When he reaches camp he'll be exhausted and I'll let the illusion drop."
(Glad to have you back. Arwa and Markus rescued a man from a shipwreck I think from a battle or something. Not sure. Arwa thought he needed Medical Attention so Sage created the monster to scare him back to camp. Not that much has happened since you last posted I don't think.)

Hermes saw a big creature approaching. It looked like a cross between a giant bipedal lizard, a hairy monkey and an oozing blob of slime. It moved quickly, like how a sea dragon rides the waves, and was gaining on the runners.
"What should we do?" he asked aloud, preparing himself to run.
Artemis! He shouted psychically. There's a really big monster- it looks like Typhon spawned another one!

Sage grinned as the man quickly stumbled into the camp. She banished the monster with a smile and reset the illusion over her hair and Arwa's legs.
Artemis frowned. That's not likely Hermes. We'd have known if Typhon had spawned and another and where exactly is this monster? She couldn't see or sense any monster close to where Hermes and the travelers were.

Flicker nodded, starting to understand. "Thanks. Sorry, I felt as if time froze for me for a minute...strange feeling. You know, that monstrousity you created could have done with more lizard. Just giving you some critique." She watched as it dissapeared away in fascination.

Sage chuckled in amusement as she gave Flicker a big grin and a slight bow. Her playful side was at the front from creating an illusion that was fun to play with. She then reached over and scooped Arwa up and tickled him.

Flicker frowned, realizing something. "Hey, we remembered to change Krispen back to his normal sheep size, yes?"

Sage blinked before she shrugged her shoulders. She had no idea if they had changed Krispen back. She hadn't seen a giant sheep so she would assume that meant he was back to normal. Arwa was still in her arms and laughing from when she had been tickling him.

It... It just disappeared. Just like that. Blimey, did Hermes feel embarassed. Any News on the survivors? he asked, eager to change the subject.
Delilah looked at the man, then asked the racers, "Where'd you find this one?"

Artemis raised an eyebrow in amusement. Hermes I do believe you're trying to change the subject and no word yet.
Sage grinned and looked at Flicker for an explanation. She had just sent him back to the camp for medical aid. She had no real clue who he was.

Delilah looked at the man, and then to Flicker.
"Flicker, have you got a greek dictionary in your Hammerspace? I want to test something." She sat the man down and waited. "And also, have a Turkish one on standby."

Sage raised an eyebrow before she walked over to Delilah and the man swinging Arwa down out of her arms as she did so. She gave a polite smile and nod to their guest.

"KRISPEN!!!!" Flicker cried out, as she ran and scooped him up in her arms. "Never touch my sheep again Marcus...never again." She gave him an evil eye, as she cradled the poor, confused Krispen in her arms. Noticing Delilah had asked her for something though, she threw a greek dictionary to her, and a Turkish one to Sage. Krispen was going to need some therapy after this...
