As neo went in the commitee room to negotiate he was surprised to see a member from the commitee already there to greet him. He was quickly given a silver card that had a tassle to tie to his gun. It was proof that the gun was allowed to be used in the fights. He then put back on his poker face as he realised what hads happened. Nova had spoken to them earlier and convinced them to allow it. He knew that nova wouldnt pass up a chance to rub his superiority in his face.
