Rank - C No were in this jutsu does it say to use hand seals, not every jutsu needs hand signs, and the way this one is described this says nothing about hand seals (Neither do any of the others...). also in the "history" of the bloodline it says the says kazekage studied a one tailed host, they don't use hand seals when they use there attacks which would lead one to believe neither would someone who worked to fight like them. (Not every ninja has to say their jutsu's name) Current knowledge of the bloodline:The users of this blood line are able to control metallic objects, this is to to there special ability over the doton and ration elements which every bloodline user must have. The users have been known to turn the enemys ninja tools against them such as kunai shuriken etc. but the users cannot control metals wit in the human body. Even tho the metal these ninja use are one of the strongest defense they are still vulnerable to fire.Another "weakness" is that to gather large amounts of this metal dust they must search underground using some of the dust they have readily available which can take some time.

Its in the guild rules... Other wise 99% of the jutsus on the jutsu list would not need hands seals or speaking... and that rule is in place due to 2+ ninja types that deal with not having to ether speak or use hand seals. About the more info... Another Crew Member agreed that your info was lacking. All that I've said is pretty easy to fix but you and many others like to argue over it instead of spending the time to fix your app, you could of been accepted by now if you listened instead of argued. This is all I'm going to say, Further arguing will result in the inability to post your app for a while or never get a clan or bloodline.

What you know about the clan/bl: The users of this bloodline MUST only have doton and ration skills. The bloodline give them control of metals, iron dust, shuriken, kunai, and other ninja tools, however they cannot control metals with in the human body.
Even tho this bloodline is extremely powerful it also has weaknesses, such as the iron the ninja can control is weak against fire jutsu. It also takes a few moments to gather more of the iron dust from under the ground.
Rp Sample:
Letti walked into the training grounds of Iwagakaru were there were several dummy's set up for her training. As she walked closer to the dummy's a blackish dust started slowly leaking out of several pouches around her body and swirled around her body. Taking her last step Letti was surrounded by a thick black dust as she made a hand seal to preform her Hagane Dama, Letti had recently learned how to not say the name of her jutsu and yet still execute it properly so she remand quite as four small iron balls formed around the hand seal she had created which were hidden inside the dust that already surrounded her.
With a small burst of chakra Letti sent the four metal balls toward the dummy's, the balls traveled at a high speed as they crashed into the first dummy's and went straight threw it, when the came out the back two of the balls went left as the other two went right and zigzagged between each dummy ripping threw them. Letti had the balls return to the black dust surrounding her and dispelled the jutsu making the balls return to a metallic dust.
As Letti did this one of the dummy's caught fire and in doing so somehow sot forth a fire ball her way, moving quickly Letti weaved a set of hand seals creating a iron barrier in front of her self with the iron dust, this shield however didn't hold and broke threw however it did give her enough time to create a second barrier inches in front of her body. The second shield blocked the fire ball but Letti could still fel5 the heat of the attack pulse threw the metal.
She released the jutsu her second barrier became dust once more and the pieces of the first barrier also joined back into the metal dust which Letti wielded. Looking at the flaming dummy Letti wondered who could have booby trapped it and why. After not being able to come up with anything Letti weaved more hand seals for her final assault on the dummy's. All the dust around her swarmed together over the dummy's heads forming into a large cube as her Satetsu Kaihou jutsu formed and hung for a breif moment before slamming into the dummy's completely crushing them and any further booby traps.
Letting go of her last hand seal Letti's jutsu ended and the large cube exploded into dust and rushed back to |Letti entering the pockets placed on her body. As sh left the training ground she kept wondering abut who could have booby trapped her equipment... the she realized something which made her stomach twinge.... she had set up on the other end of the village for her training.... she just destroyed someone elses practice equipment, realizing this the high tailed it away from the training area before she was caught. As he neared her dorm room she heard a slew of cus words echo from the training clouds and she blushed as she walked into her room.

What you know about the clan/bl: I hate this question.The Nara clan is known for their manipulation of shadows and tending of deer, which graze in a large area of Nara clan forest. They have kept a book with medicine preparations and effects for generations. Among the medicine described in this book are the secret pills used by the Akimichi clan. The men from this family are very lazy and tend to be attracted to overbearing women.Nara clan memebers are very smart and good at Shogi.They usually seem like complete downers.

Shadow faced the masked man as he clenched his fists.The masked man did the same as he charged at Shadow.Shadow smiled and ran at him as well making a hand sign."Kage Mane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique)."Shadow and the masked man punched at the same time,as the punches both connected to each others faces Shadow shadow took possesion of the masked mans shadow."Got you."Shadow said as he steped back,causing the masked man to also step back.Shadow made a hand sign as the masked man mirrored him."Kage Nui (Shadow Sewing)." Shadow tendrils rose out out of Shadows shadow around the masked man."Any last words before you die."Shadow asked as he laughed.The masked man barely moved his head to a side ways nod.Shadow smiled as the tendrils pierced through the masked mans heart,arms,legs and one in th ecenter of his face.Shadow withdrew his shadow from the man as he watched the dead body fall to the ground.Shadow turned away only to be cut off by another ninja standing 10ft away.Shadow watched as the man pulled out a kunai and made the bring it on motion with his fingers.Shadow watched the man carfully as he flashed through his first set of hand signs."Shadow Release - Shadow Armor (Kageton - Kage Yoroi)."Shadows shadow rose up covering his boddy and after a few seconds his shadow armor was completley formed."You shinobi annoy me."Shadow pulled out 2 kunais of his own as he made a few more hand signs directing his chakra into the kunai.The two rushed at each other as their kunai met inbetween them.As the two jumpped back Shadow threw the kunai inbetween the mans leg sticking into his shadow.The man froze as he tried to move only to realize that Shadow didnt throw the kunai at his legs as he thought but instead at his shadow.Shadow smiled as he slowly walked over the plunged his other kunai into the mans shadow rendering his helpless.Shadow slowly walked to the front of the man as he made another set of hand signs."Shadow Release - Extending Shadow Hands (Kageton - Hari Kage Te)."With that the arms in Shadows shadow rose up and grabbed the arms of the man pulling them to his sides.Shadow watched as he made the final set of hand signs the man would ever see again.Shadow Release - Shadow Dragon Attack (Kageton - Kageryuudan no Jutsu)."A large shadow dragon erupted from Shadows entire shadow as it wrapped aorund the man once before it dove straight into the mans chest ripping his heart out.Shadow looked at the two bodies slightly before he walked off closing his eyes.

You do not say how your shadow responds to you doing the jutsu (aka describing the jutsu) I believe I told you that the first time. Please Describe your jutsus... I don't know if your other jutsus in the app are described or not but im not going to read them if the outcome of my decision is decided in the first two sentences.. What you know about the clan/bl: Konaga clan is known for their kekkei Genkai pain effects it has on the body of the users burning their skin causing never ending pain.Bright end of this clan is there unlimted chakra supply.User most go into mediation for at least 6 hours to heal enjurys or pain they have done by using their clans Jutsu.
Rp Sample: Senna had just finshed her first misson as a jonin and was to return back.Takeing her time as always she explored different routes and took meditation breaks on the road.As she walked along the road her path didnt seem to be changeing it felt like she walked around in a crcle for a hour."Thats weird I know i took a turn that way and now im back at this spot in less then a minute."Senna shrugged and acted like she didnt notice the Genjutsu and countied to walk again.The trees started shaking around her like someone was jumping into the branches of trees.She stopped and looked at them reaching for a Kunai out her holster pulled out one and stood ready.The trees around her shook letting out a spray of shurikan flying towards Senna.She let out a sigh and made a handseal (realese) breaking the Genjutsu.
A row atleast seven Rouge ninja bursted out the ground and out of the trees in front of her."One female ninja shouldent be hard for you men take her down."Three of the ninja's charged in different directions, the the others stayed back watching.On the right side one rouge got ready to threw a punch to senna's side,She quickly kneed his hand up and made quick handseals fouced chakra into her right forming a blade that was one foot long.She rised her hand up cuting of his arm and kicked him to the sidewhile the other two ninjas closed in hoping to catch her off guard.One jumped into the air pulling of a Kunai while the other did a slide in kick to legs.She 360 backflip spin kicked the ninja the was sliding in the face and cut through the ninja that had out a kunai in half landing back on her feet.She looked up to noitce two of the ninja go the both burst out the ground not giving her a second to catch her breath and double kicked her into a tree crashing through branchs her chakra blade disappeared.
Senna caught herself on the last branch wiping the blood off her chin.Pain was running down the back of her body like bits of needles stabing her all around."Wrong time for my body to be feeling pain like this." Both ninja's started started forming same handseals."Kaze Hebi Bakufuu jutsu."(Wind Style: Wind Snake Jutsu)Both snakes raced towards her in a flash, she jumped down and hopped to each tree trying her best avoid them.She reached out grabbing a branch and hid behind."Gotta think gotta think if i use that jutsu it will get me killed but if i dont i wont be able take them down.Both snakes started homeing into her postion in a split secont she vanshed in the blink of a eye behind both ninja stabbing their backs,"Chakra Shift compelet."The last of the two ran around senna,what seem like fast to them was slow to her.She took one step in the blinkof the eye her eblow crashed into on of the ninja's crushing his chest in from the impact he fellow into the distance.She got ready to take out the last one when her body collasped from pain spiting blood out."My chance your dead."The ninja charged in for a kill strike."No .. cant keep it back..."A burst of Chakra from her body pushed back ninja onto his back.Senna rows from the ground body pouring out chakra she walked toward the ninja in rage her hand smashed into his body breaking his head in the ground.She collasped again this time passing out from the pain,awaking in the hospital in Iwagakure Village on bed rest.

What you know about the clan/bl: I know they have a slight regenerative factor, though its not actually stated how fast nor how much it heals (>.>') You can detect chakras, as well as hide your own.

Tsuki clenched her fist as her comrade Akito bit into her forearm. To many people, this may have seemed extremely awkward, but Akito was in need of medical attention, since Shion's scythe took a nice slice across his leg, rendering it useless for a bit. Tsuki and Akito had two choices here; fight or die. Since dying was against the rules, and they'd probably be punished even more than the time they had stolen Shion's sake, fighting was their choice. Tsuki had minor cuts and bruises on her, though was healing at a slow rate. Akito continued to draw chakra out of Tsuki's arm, who was currently keeping a watchful eye on Akito's wound. She only wanted it to fix itself on the inside, where she was not yet able to fix it. What she could do was bandage the wound, which would let Akito walk about on it. Tsuki nodded her head, and Akito finished sucking chakra from her arm. She immediately set about bandaging his wound, simultaneously keeping an eye out for Shion-sempai. Akito glanced around nervously, gripping a kunai for dear life. "Awfully nice of her to give us time to fix up eh Tsuki?" Tsuki smiled and nodded. Right then and there, she'd bet a million dollars that Shion was taking a drinking break. Tsuki continued to speak randomly to Akito, all the while performing a count-down with her hands.
She had been keeping an eye out for Shion's chakra, and had located it fairly quickly, not too far away behind some trees and past a clearing. When her fingers reached one, she pointed, and Akito took off limping in Shion's direction, while Tsuki suppressed her chakra, and headed towards the left flank. Akito was being the bait, and Tsuki would catch Shion, ending the test. Akito stumbled into the clearing as Tsuki settled down behind a tree just out of view from him. As she suspected, Shion immediately acted, and pounced out toward Akito. Tsuki pivoted and launched out two kunai, each attached to a wire while keeping her chakra suppressed. Akito rolled away from Shion as the two kunai passed her. Tsuki tugged on the wires, making the kunai round about and wrap around Shion. Akito performed quick handseals, and emitted a flurry of fireballs towards the captured Shion. The fireballs connected, and when the smoke cleared, there was nothing but kunai and wire on the floor. Tsuki ran forth to Akito, a smile on her face. The real Shion appeared out of nowhere, standing just before Tsuki and Akito. "Wow, you guys actually managed to defeat my clone, congratulations!" Akito was clapped on the back while Tsuki laughed out of sheer exhaustion, it had taken all day. Shion ordered them to stay the night in the clearing, and took off to her own shack. Akito limped his way to a tree, grumbling about the horrible congratulatory party Shion had given them. Tsuki walked over to him, a smile on her face as she removed her hand from her back, revealing Shion's sake gourd. Akito's face lit up as he reached out, uncapping it and taking a swig.
Tsuki had just been about to take a sip herself, when the very forest rumbled and shook with Shion's voice. "Tsuki! Akito! Gimme my sake!" Akito's face blanched as he fumbled with the sake, in an attempt to rid himself of the evidence. Tsuki had already took off running, suppressing her chakra in an attempt to hide from Shion.

I don't really see where this jutsu states the balls can be controlled after o.0' not too sure about that one! It seems like this is just like the Kaguya Bone Bullet thing...though since you have the magneticness and what not.... Aside from that I see nothing wrong with this..aside from spelling and grammar....>.<'

Rp Sample
Yoite was simply fighting a fellow Shinobi in a sparring match. He was easily winning the fight, but he could tell that the opponent was holding back. As the other Shinobi came in close, Yoite sent a punch that hit him clean in the face and pushed him back about a foot. "Why aren't you really trying? You're bugging me. This isn't at all fun." Yoite spoke. Then the other Shinobi smirked and performed a few handseals. "Lightning Bolt Jutsu!!" he shouted as he sent a bolt of lightning at Yoite's head. Quickly, Yoite reacted and his Anigan activated. He gained the quick reflexes of a cat and bent backwards at a 90 degree angle, avoiding the blast completely. Yoite quickly charged forward after that and unleashed a fury of strikes and gained the strength of a lion when doing so. The other Shinobi quickly fell backwards and admitted defeat.
