She nodded somewhat. "Jestem uradowany masz przybywać " She lifted her hand for a moment before she set it back down. "Where are... the other?" She frowned somewhat as she looked around the room. "Jak zrobił JA dostać tutaj?" She shook her head. "where is this?"

An utterly confused expression came over Ako's face as Tansy spoke a language he didn't even know existed. "The others are fine, there was another problem they had to take care of. And you're in the hospital. You passed out back at the office fire, and the paramedics brought you here."

Lily hesitated for a moment, hearing Gidget on the other line. "I left them with your friends. Ako and the girl with the wings. I can't remember her name.." finally she got out. Sighing as she looked at the number shaking her head, the girl was a electronics genius.

"Nice goin' with the hacking and what not. Means, I have less work to do." she laughed. She wouldn't have to save the number if it was already registered to Gidget in her phone. Though you should probably save it just to be safe. She paused a moment, listening to Gidget's child like voice on the other end, then she ended the conversation with "Thanks, Gidget.. now, I need to concentrate on getting back to my dorm before Annie decides to haul my butt up to the hospitals... those places smell like old people... Plus needles..." she shuddered.

Closing her phone after the good bye, she saw the rising building that she called a dwelling place. The university in which she lived and took classes in was a few feet away, good thing too cause lily didn't know how much longer she could take the sting of the burns that covered her tall lanky frame. She looked over to the slightly shorter girl, smiling as they worked together to get her back home. "Thank you, Annie. You really didn't have to see me safely here. I'm a tough cookie. If I didn't make it, I'm sure I could of slept in a ditch for a while." she was only joking of course, she might be tough, but it was obvious by her slow pace, her occasional swaying the girl was out of her right mind for the time being, though her words where sane, her actions where not. She needed rest.

Leviathan nodded to each men in turn, giving only a smile at the foul wit of Vain. The coffee came out, and Lev held his hands around it, breathing on the steaming cup slowly, sipping ever so lightly. "I shall speak first, then I shall respect your words, savvy?" Lev held the question in the air a moment, then seemed to snatch it away, clawing it down with his own forthright answer to the silence.
"Good. Now gentlemen, you see this backpack? Yes, fancy i know.." Lev grinned, his eyes rolling at his blunt sarcasm, himself whipping the strange box-like contraption into his lap, swiveling his chair around for the two to see. With a quick hand gesture over the front of the machine, a panel slid open, revealing a strange data screen. "This is a bomb. But not the kind that kills..humans." Lev grinned wildly. "I can smell energy, energy from those who have the force." Lev held his hand up, grasping at the air, "What're the hippies callin' it? Aurora? Aura? Somthing along them lines. Well it's got a current." Another wave of Lev's hand, motioning his fingers and wrist in a flowing arrow. "Just like electricity."
Lev sipped from his coffee, then grinned, wild and fantastic, toward the two. "This bad boy," a slap on the bomb, "Drains the energy of people like us." Lev held his voice low, sipping once more at his coffee.
"I don't know about you two, but i smell alot of them, and i smell them in this town..And i reckon, we take all their power and i see's it split between men of a common goal." Lev met eyes with the two, finishing the still burning hot coffee, steam rising from his no doubt scalded mouth.
"Unless you've got anything to say of it Strange One and Vain." Lev smirked, holding his hand up for the waitress.

Annie smiled at Lily, "Don't worry about it. It's the least I could do considering I'm responsible for your wounds. You might be a tough cookie, but I think it would be a safe bet that you are a whole lot less used to acid burns than I am."

She shivered in the cold, "Let's hurry up, it's freezing. I'm not used to this 'Yankee' weather, yet."
PostPosted: Tue Mar 02, 2010 6:10 pm

Lily gawked for a moment, she was shocked she just noticed the girls particular accent. She was no doubt from the south, that explained a bit. The southern folk where always quick to 'jump the gun' which is why there culture was so intriguing to Lily, she was born and raised in the North.

"Yankee, huh? Well if you Rebels didn't think it had to be ninety to nothing in everything you do, maybe this wouldn't be so cold." she teased, Lily had never met anyone that was from the south, but she remember her great grandfather telling her stories about 'those damn rebels.' she just never payed the old cooke any mind.

"Though I do have to agree, it has gotten quiet chilly. " her hand was on the door now, her student access card out in her hand, she quickly slid it down the slip, causing the thing to beep and the light to go from red to green, sure, they could of went around front but what is the point of that? This was so much faster, and Annie wouldn't have to sign some retarded guest list the school intended on all visitors to sign. It was rather ridiculous how the school acted since the meteor hit. Everyone was a terrorist now.

"I have some cleaner clothes in my room if you want to change. I see you have been staying with a few guys, so I bet bathing and changing without them around will be a nice vacation." she said on a more serious note, she really wanted the young girl to trust her. So, she was doing everything in her power to earn it.

(Funny cause I'm from the south. v_V)

"Good point," laughed Annie as she entered the dorm after Lily, thankful for the warmth. "Is it my fault that I'm used to warmth, though?"

Smiling at the thought of changing into some cleaner clothes sounded nice. "Actually it isn't that weird to have the guys around," admitted Annie. "I grew up with just my Dad, so I'm used to having to accommodate changing and what not around males. I think the guys are far more uncomfortable with me changing around them than I am."

Shrugging she added, "Ever since I really got into working for my major in art, I've quit really worrying about being prudish. One of the perks of being an art major, I suppose: you get used to the human form."

(Ha ha. My parents are from the North but I was born in the South so I've got a bit of both, and then my Dad's side is from West Virginia, and if that doesn't have one of the weirdest mixes of Yankee vs. Rebel mess I don't know where does).

Art... Not something Lily was very good at, if it wasn't music, she was pretty much daft with it. She had a bit more admiration towards Annie towards this, they beginning to make their way to the elevator.

"Art major? You're seventeen! Aren't you still in like..high school?" seventeen and being in collage wasn't too hard to believe, after all her high school Science teacher was 17 when she started college, and 22 when she began to teach.

Finally they reached the elevator, she frowning as she looked at the closed double door. She hated these things, anything that traveled for stories by a mere cable didn't seem orthodox to Lily, regardless, it was quicker then the stairs, she pressed the button, and in seconds the elevator opened up to the girls with the welcoming sound of what they call 'elevator' music. Meant simply to put you to sleep by boring the listener to death.

Since the kittens were in the care of Ako and the others, Gidget decides it would be best if she just returned Trinity's bike. She back up against a wall in the ally and opens the suit. It seals up again behind her, maintaining it's cloaking field. Gidget estimates the battery on it should last a little more than twelve hours. Plenty of time for her to do what she needs to do.

Happily whistling to herself, she takes the bicycle and proceeds to ride it back to Trinity's home. She has a little bit of trouble getting used to having the seat as high as it is, but she doesn't want to be rude and change it for this little ride. Once she arrives at Trinity's home, Gidget hops off of the bike and steps up to the door. She rings the doorbell and waits patiently for someone to answer, all the while with a smile on her face.

Annie helped Lily onto the elevator and smiling she said, "I started school a year early and end up skipping a grade in elementary. I went to a pretty bad school system so it was the only way they could really accommodate 'advance' students. Truth be told I'm just a bookworm and my Dad gave the time to teach me to read and write and all that early."

As the door opened to Lily's floor, Annie led the way out and said in passing, "I am actually a double major, I also am majoring in sociology. So, what is your major. Maybe we'll run into each other some day in one of our classes if they overlap."

Alias would've liked to pretend he knew what it was all along, but failed and had to display a bit of suppressed awe.
"Drains power..." He nodded and smiled. "Interesting... you built this yourself?"
He grabbed his cup and thanked the waitress. Vain slid his over towards his head, unwilling to pick it up.
Alias looked at Vain. "What's wrong with you? Hard to have a heavy head when there's nothing in it."
Vain groaned, sat up, and took a sip. "There. Happy?"

Alias slid a photo out of his sleeve, along with the newspaper from earlier. He sat the photo on the table, facing Lev, and held the newspaper in his lap. He poured creamer from one of the little cups set out on the table and stirred it into the coffee.
He spoke to Lev. "So... the bomb, how does it work? I, mean, draining the life out of..." He cleared his throat. "Um, people like us... that must take a lot of energy, correct?"

Vain was too tired, apparently, to put up a ruse. "Oh, big whoop, Alias. You know in every right that we're not like them. He put contempt in his voice, like being something like them was a social malady. "You just want to be."

He grinned apologetically. "Apparently my friend here is a bit confused..."
Vain snorted. Alias elbowed him as he was taking a sip and coffee splattered across his trench coat.
Vain stared at the spill almost uncomprehendingly. "You'll pay for that later."

Alias, for once, was at a loss for words. He couldn't remember any cover story for this. He couldn't remember how to manipulate his way out.

Alias Part Two, however, had made contact with Trinity. He spoke.
"Testing, testing..." He spoke to the silence. "What, nothing? It's a joke. Can you hear me?"

"Yes. I can hear you. Who are you? What do you want?"
Trinity gets up and looks around her green eyes were glowing brightly. She was surrounded by curiousity and darkness. She awaits for a response, maybe that wasn't a good idea... what if this is bad?

Meanwhile Trinity's mother answered the door and saw Gidget and her daughter's bike. "Hello? Oh hi you were one of Trinity's friends from earlier.". She didn't want to jump to conclusions and assume that it was Trinity's bike. She recognized Gidget's face from earlier, for some reason she thouht she looked taller earlier. She thought it would be rude to ask about that and so she kept that thought to herself and awaited for the girl's response.

Alias's second half had made contact- good news. He spoke back. "I'm a friend. Are you okay? I saw you pass out back in that one alley." He noticed her shifting, getting up. "No need to look for me. I'm all in your head. Don't worry, I won't break anything..."
He waited for her response.

Gidget maintains her bright smile and responds with a chipper tone, "Yes ma'am, I brought back her bike. It doesn't look like anyone messed with it, and it rides just fine."

Her face becomes pensive for a second and she asks, "Miss, may I please talk to Trinity? I mean, if she's wants to."

As the two seemed to inwardly battle eachother, Lev all the while had taken out a cigarette, lighting it with a movement of sudden emergency.
These two had become annoying.
Were they the right people to share plans with? Did they hold as much power as Lev sensed? Leviathan scratched at his chin, exhaling with a sudden harsh breath. "I know you ain't quite right normal." Lev seemed to supress something in his voice, a tremor in his tone. "Ain't that right Strange One?" Lev grinned sliding the backpack back on, this time tapping a button on the back of it. A sudden gyrating fission began to rest in the air, a loud cicada like hum filling the restaurant. "But then again, none of us are normal. Hell, i'm crazy... Mind the pain now." Lev wildly gleaned, his canine teeth mad and souless as he smiled.
Everything began to blur, and Lev began to feel faint, the others no doubt feeling an immediate drain on their own powers..

Lev's hand slid across another button sluggishly, the sound dissipating, coming to a stop. The waitress looked up from cleaning a mug, "Something wrong honey?" Her eyebrow cocked wildly.
Lev, half gasping, "Nah, sure nuff i'm good." He winked, drinking at his refill of coffee.
"That's how it works..Now you two know that once your in with me.." Lev became rather dark, his brow creasing, "There's no going back..Of course, ya'll two knew that. I bet you know alot of things that are to come." Lev scratched at his head, smoking his third cigarette with jittery fingers. "Or are to pass, strange ones.." Lev stared at the two, his eyes black ice. His stare seemed bottomless, enchanting even, "I guess that means we get nicknames." Lev smiled warmly, pointing at Alias, "Your One." He pointed at him with his sixth cig, the ashtray filling up before him, "And your Two." To Vain.
Lev kept his grin, tapping his head now, "And I power it. Me."
