Venturing to the main house from the cabin, Tsubasa noticed how nice of a day it was. Summer was coming and the weather was just right, not too hot not too cold. The sun was shining too! He looked up at the trees as he approached the tree line. The leaves were so green making the world around him appear green as the light filtered through them.
Stepping out from the trees he looked at the house and it's backyard. It didn't seem like anyone was here. Sighing at his luck he moved closer to the house before sitting down. Where should he go now?

Having been hiding inside for the majority of the spring, Phimi was finally being pushed outside. 'Inside is no place for a pretty girl such as yourself!' Said her mother. So now Phimi was standing inside the door, staring at the big piece of wood. She had to go out there... Her fears had diminished a great deal, but outside was something different. Especially when there wasn't snow to play in. Sighing, she started forward and pushed on the door. She'd barely taken one breath of air when she spotted someone strange sitting near the steps. She yelped and jumped backward, watching the door shut in her face as she gasped for air. 'Phimi!' She scolded herself in her mind. 'It looked like just another wolf! But- I saw feathers...' She watched the door warily, hesitant to open it again.

Tsubasa looked up towards the door when he heard it open. A pretty brown female with a halo marking stood in the doorway. However she quickly jumped back inside letting the door slam in her face. What was the matter with her? He stared in shock for a moment before laughing. That had to have been the oddest thing he's ever seen. Besides the constant feathers around his feet. They seemed to follow him wherever he went.
He sighed once he was done laughing. Another feather just fell from a passing bird to land at his feet. He was happy he had another feather for his collection but he had been hearing from some that he was odd cause of this occurrence. He looked from the new feather to the door. Was she coming back out?

Oops! Forgot ref pic! Piccy!Ack! She could hear him laughing out there! She figured she must have been seen, and looked rather silly, a hot blush on her cheeks now. Once her breathing had calmed, she tried again. Pushing the door slowly, she poked her nose through the crack and sniffed at the air. Thinking the stranger smelled all right, she poked her head through to her shoulder, watching the blue male with cautious and bashful brown eyes.

((Eh. Forgot mine too. Pic!)) Tsubasa was just about to give up waiting on the female to come back out when he saw her head poke out from behind the door. He fought not to smile or to laugh but was losing the battle on the smile. Thumping his tail on the ground he tried to let her know that he was friendly.
"Are you going to come out?" He asked starting to grow impatient, "I'm not going to bite you." His eye was drawn away from her as another feather floated down.

She flicked her ears back, glancing across the yard before stepping out a little more, her back legs still hidden. "Promise?" She asked as her eyes flicked between the male and the falling feather.

Tsubasa chuckled and nodded. "I promise not to bite you." He said smiling, "So who are you? I don't think I've ever met you before." He tilted his head as he looked at her. So she really did have a halo. "So are you an angel?"

A smile crooked her mouth as she stepped out the rest of the way. "No, I don't know you either. My name is Phimi." Her eyes widened slightly at his last question. "N-no, not really." She stuttered with a blush. "Some of the others say I am, but I don't really feel like one. It's just a pattern." She glanced at the feathers floating around before meeting the male's gaze again. For a moment. Then she looked at the floor. "Well, who are you?"

Tsubasa grinned when she came out the rest of the way. "Phimi huh. Nice name." He said tilting his head once again, "You're not an angel. Well with having that halo marking on your head you sure seem like one." Of course Tsubasa wasn't trying to be cute and make horrible pick-up lines, he was only speaking what he thought. "Me? I'm Tsubasa." He said noticing how she wouldn't meet his gaze for long and that she had noticed the feathers, "I bet you're wondering about these feathers."

"Thank you." She said bashfully. She liked her name as well, and always loved to hear someone else compliment it. She nodded slightly. "Most who don't know say the same thing. Tsubasa... that sounds neat." She said with a soft giggle. Giving her nose a lick, she looked at him and back to the feathers again before nodded. Yes, she was curious.

"Your welcome." He said smiling, "Really? Then I bet you get tired of hearing that all the time..... Oooo I bet some guys use those horrible angel pick-up lines on you all the time!" He laughed at that idea knowing a guy who would indeed use one of those lines. "Yeah my name is great." He said before sighing, "Well you see usually I go around collecting feathers cause I love them so much but the ones at my feet and floating down to my feet are ones that just follow me everywhere. They've done it since I was a pup and I don't know why. Maybe feathers like me too."

Phimi blushed, head hanging in embarassment. "O-only a f-few." She actually heared those pick-up lines a lot, but no one ever seemed serious about them. They had all just wanted to use the lines. She got up and walked slowly closer, pawing gently at one of the feathers furthest from the male. "They follow you? Like magnetic?"

Tsubasa grinned and laughed. "I'm sorry. I know I shouldn't laugh but it's too funny that people still use those lines." He said wiping a tear from his eye. "Yeah they do follow me. I don't know if it's like magnetic but if you took all these feathers away from me and set them down over by the porch they'd end up by me sooner or later. Like a wind would just suddenly blow them all back over here. And some new ones would fall from the sky."

Phimi watched the ground uncomfortably as Tsubasa laughed. She knew it wasn't a mean laugh, it was actually quite nice, but she was still embarassed by the whole pick-up lines deal. "Do they ever get in the way?" She asked, sniffing at the feather. She yelped as it rose to her nose, backing away quickly and sneezing once. Realizing that a feather was not a malicious object, she blushed again, pawing the ground as if to mentally dig a hole to hide in.

Tsubasa couldn't help chuckling at Phimi. "No they don't get in the way. They just hang out around me. Besides I love feathers!" He said getting up and pouncing the ground causing a bunch of feathers to puff up into the air. He smiled as he watched them lazily float back down. He looked back at Phimi when she yelped concerned. "You okay?"
