When the men saw this, they were pretty angry that Adele was gone. However, they recognized Marius as her brother. They quickly drugged him so he wouldn't wake up and fight and started bringing him back to their base.

The men took Marius to their camp, where they tied his hands and feet and waited for him to wake up.
Adele stirred in Rue's arms. She seemed to be starting to wake up.

Hiding behind a dune, Rue knelt down, "Adele," He said quietly.

Adele whimpered a little. "...Rue?" she asked, waking up.

"What happened?" Adele asked, seeming more alert.

"Some people tried to attack us. I was able to escape with you, but now they have Marius," Rue said.

Adele looked furious. She very nearly slapped Rue, but stopped her hand just in time. "Idiot," she said. "You're so stupid! He's the only person in the world I care about! How could you?!" She stood up and started walking back to the camp to get her sword.

Rue felt like she had hit him anyway. He lowered his head and followed her.

Adele sharply turned around. "Stay there," she ordered harshly. "You've screwed enough up." She glared at him before turning back and running to their tent.

Rue looked sad, but continued to monitor where she is and if there were any enemies around.

Adele ran to get her sword and then ran to where she sensed Marius being. She didn't care about Rue; he'd gotten her brother in danger, maybe worse.

Rue felt conflicted then. He had to help her but she told him to stay put.

Adele ran to the men's camp and looked around, trying to find Marius.
The men had sensed her coming and Marius had woken up. They dragged Marius to one of the tents and held a knife to his throat when Adele reached them.
"Stupid Pendragon girl," the man holding Marius said. "If you refuse to cooperate or fight..."He pressed the knife into Marius' neck.
Another man came up behind Adele and took her off guard. He held her there so she couldn't run and drew a knife.
