Mayan calander, but really, do you trust a hunk of rock that was made by some people who didn't even believe in God some 800 years ago?? That's why I think they couldn't predict that far into the future, because they just don't know what will happen beyond that point.

well actually the "Theory" states that in 2012 all the universes galaxies will be in perfect alignment and then a ginourmous black hole will form in the middle will suck us all in. of course the chances of that happening are really really slim
