Pein can't be Yondaime cause their eyes are different shapes.

hamkura kamaku55 i think he could really be obito if you compare their names tobi-obito remove the o and switch bi and to and you get tobi ninja plus he only has one eye hole so it seems like him that's still doesn't prove anything yes but pictures in photobucket.com says that obito is really tobi if you lift that mask ull see stitches and one eye hole covered up which is that sharingan eye that he gave to kakashi so it was the right eye.so obito only has his left eye. that proves it razz

he raised the 1st,2nd and the 4th but the 3rd countered the
restoration of the 4th. So my point is u have to be dead to
be summoned.? for this special jutsu, what do u think guys.? neutral

Apparently bringing back the dead won't cost you your life like sealing something big. The jutsu the Sandaime/Yondaime did is different than the one Orochimaru did. Orochimaru sacrificed living people as the...well, sacrifice. The Sandaime/Yondaime sacrificed their own living body to seal someone or something.
