"There was something I promised to do," Triton explained, "But only now have I managed to get here again, time difference and all, and Yue and Donovan are willing to help," he murmured to Elrohir.
Besides it was hard to pry Yue away from Miyu, much less prying Lin off of Donovan.

Tinuviel glanced at the three over her shoulder as she reached the tower. "You're very secretive," she told them, a brief frown crossing her face. And with that comment, she started down the stairs at a rate that almost seemed unsafe.

Elrohir looked between Donovan and Triton curiously. "Business with the queen?" he questioned. "It sounds serious. I hope nothing has happened."
He raised one eyebrow curiously.

"Nothing bad has happened if that is what you're thinking," Yue replied back calmly, "We could just bypass meeting her, but we need to get to the plantation according to Triton," he paused and nodded his head at Donovan, 'And he's bored, the calm life with us is a bit much."

"Life with nearly seventeen children and eleven grandchildren is not calm," Donovan stated back at the angel, "I'm just merely wanting to know more about this little bandit and slaver problem around here. The border security is pretty much not there and never say a Lau is one to pass up an oppurtunity for a lucterive business."
Besides, if he could keep whatever they had it would be good business for him.. and best of all it was legal. He just needed to get permission to hunt on his own.

Triton shook his head at Donovan, though the man was right he still thought Donovan was nuts. However, the man had chosen originally the path of an assassin and not a bodyguard, this would be good for Donovan to practice is skills again.

"Ah," Elrohir nodded. "Yes. That would be much appreciated. I've been forbidden to do so, and Nako can't spare any more men than she already has. There's really nothing we can do about the situation at the present moment. I know my aunt's father-in-law has tried to do something about the problem, but even his resources are limited, and he's not in the middle of trying to rebuild a destroyed country."

"Feh.. that sounds about right," Donovan muttered.
The problem was to him, the area was just too large to patrol, but for the most part he could probably get away with a lot among them being human, except for the language barrier. Well he would deal with it once he got to it.

Yue contined the follow the girl until they made it to the dining hall, or the place they were suppose to be anyways. He wondered if there was anyone else knew besides the princess. Well, he wouldn't find out until he saw for himself.

Everyone was seated around the breakfast table in the Dining Hall, but the table was far emptier than usual. Atalya and Reave Sr were sitting at the head, and Ruel and Luthien were seated next to them, Daeron and Earendil beside them, but other than that there were only three men.
Tinuviel slowed as she entered the Dining Hall, to the pace of a proper lady's walk. She slipped gracefully into the chair across from her father, beside the queen, and started eating.

Elrohir nodded greeting to his grandparents before making his way to the far end of the table, nodding for the three guests to take the empty seats next to Tinuviel. There, they would be able to speak freely with the queen.

"Good morning," Yue greeted everyone politely.
He didn't see Gion there, that was a disappointment, but it could not be helped. Mother had said he was travelling and didn't really want to drop by home. Still, it was a pity indeed.

Triton slipped into the seat beside Yue, which put him between both Yue and Donovan, not that he minded. It wasn't like either that of them talked all that much.

Less people he noted, than before, he wondered what happened to the other brothers. Gion not included because he didn't really expect the guy to be here. He took a seat, back straight taking in the peopl that were there.

"Good morning," the queen greeted her guests politely. "I apologize again for my behaviour last night, I was taken quite by surprise. I trust you rested well? I understand you didn't expect it to be night when you arrived, but afternoon perhaps."
Luthien smiled at the three of them, pleased to see them again, but her husband frowned and focused his attention on his meal.
