Aito whimpers and cowers behind Yuki. He was scared. "sorry..." he whispers before licking Yuki's cheek and nudging him gently. "He's...he's gonna be ok...he's gonna be ok..."
Squirming and mewling in pain and terror, Yuki attempts to crawl away from the lioness. He doesn't get far before he stops and curls up into a little blue ball of fuzz. "Brudder..."

"So you expect me to beleive that it was all him. That he ran off and you tried to be the good one and bring him back. You knew very well that I was looking for you and what did you do? You ran. Now look what happened. He got hurt because of you." Discord paused...a pain presenting itself in her abdomen. The stress was wearing her down. "I'll leave your idiocy for your father to deal with."

"I'm..." He knew he had best tell the truth. "I did run off...Ma'am. But...i didn't ask Yuki to come with me...i just wanted to see mother again..." His eyes well with tears as he steps closer to her, his tail tucked firmly between his legs. "I'm sorry..."
He wasn't sure as to what to do except to stay perfectly still. Sweating profusely, he whimpers. Not even in this family for less than a week and here he was with 2 broken legs. it was...it...all over again.
Upon arriving, Gaara stays where he is to watch this new development. his son was apologizing to Discord? what next? Temari would appear here? Kankuro would play a trick on him?

A sigh left her maw. "Aito...the ony reason I'm so hard on you is because I used to be the same way in a sense. I disrespected my step father because at the time...the only one I saw was worthy of my mothers company was my father. I'd run away or sneak off to see him and not once did I think of how much it was hurting my mother. Then I discovered that my father had forgotten about me...he had a new family. However, my step father Sukin...despite how I had treated him was there for me. He protected me and made me feel loved."
She went silent again and looked as if she were about to cry until her expression hardened. "Aito if you continue to act like this, not only could you lose your brother...but you could end up losing your father as well. I'm sure you don't want that. I know we haven't gotten along...but the least we can do is try not just for your fathers sake but for the sake of your new family." She gave him a rough yet affectionate lick on his head then moved over to Yuki. "Little love this is going to hurt but it'll help."
Summoning her vines, they wrapped themselves around his legs and snapped them back into place all the while staying there to serve as a splint/cast.

He felt the tears, but he didn't bother to wipe them away. So she had been like she had? Would his father forget about him with a new family too? He followed her over to his brother, a trail of tears marking his path. He would try to get along with her... only because she had just saved his, and Yuki's, life.
He cringed as the lioness approached him, and the following pain made it worse and he yelled out loud enough that several birds nearby flew away in fright and shock.

Arion toddled back in, following behind Gaara. Slipping past Gaara, he nosed his queen in the leg. "Go rest...I'll take care of them..." The red cub looked to Yuki and nosed him. "You should rest too...The pain will end in time, young one." He gave the cub a small smile, 'You'll be safe here...Lady Discord is a good Queen..."

Discord smiled to Arion, gave him a lick atop his head and walked away. Looking to Gaara she smiled then went to the cave entrance and layed down. So much excitement and all in one day. Though things did end up turning out well...she prefered if her days went by slow. She didn't need stress like that, especially in her condition.

Arion smiled at Discord. "Mavis will help...she is the den mother i think..." He looked to Gaara. "The little blue one...won't be able to move. We should move him to the den. "

"Gaara don't worry yourself. It was just a bit too much excitement is all. I'll be fine." Hearing Arions statement she looked around. Where was that neice of hers? A sigh left her lips before she swiped the ground and had her vines bring Yuki into the den. "You all hungry?"

As if on comand, Mavis stepped forward towards her queen. She was glad to see that others with hearts had entered the pride, maybe she wouldn't be alone. Stopping just outside the den entrance, she dropped her head."Do you need something, Discord?" She didn't dare raise her head and make eye contact. Too risky.

Oh Good, Mavis was here. Perhaps she'd make her go hunt and have risk her getting hurt. "Yes, as a matter of fact there is..." Suddenly her smirk fell. A new pain embrased her abdomen. "There comming..." she whispered, just as her water broke.

Stryker shot up from his spot and rushed to Discord's side. Seemed only like yesterday that Discord told him she was carring his cubs. "Come on love, let's get you back to the den. You'll be more comfterble there."
