Pinky Lee nodded. She took his head and got up. The teen the wadded out of the water. Pinky Lee went back to where they were at and sat down. "I guess that makes sense. Darkness can be scary, I think." Though, really with her memory and ditziness she wasn't sure.

Azure exited the water, hating the feeling as the sand instantly clung to his feet and legs. "Well it kind of worries me when you can't see below the water, and the waves get rougher at night." Azure spoke as he joined Pinky Lee and sat down.

Pinky Lee nodded. "Yes, and I think there are animals down there. Who knows what they eat at dark time." She grinned as she was only joking with him.
"The lights will be out soon. Do you like them?" Pinky ment stars. She did like them enough to remember them, but not their names.

Azure had heard of there being animals beneath the water, but he had never seen one himself. He wasn't sure if they were something to be scared of. Azure raised his eyebrow at Pinky Lee. "Light?" he was confused. The light had just gone away, it wouldn't be coming back soon. Even though Azure knew what stars were he hadn't heard them called lights.

Comets! the demon said.
Pinky Lee thought about their two answers and then said. "Stars!"

Azure nodded his head in understanding. "Oh those lights." He smiled, it made sence now. A lot of thing that night seemed to not make sence, but Azure seemed to be okay with that. "The stars are pretty." Azure loved how they stood out against the darkest of blues sky.

Pinky Lee smiled. "Yeah, they are worth spending the night outside. They make it pretty and fun. You can see stuff in them too." Pinky Lee told him. She remembered looking at them like they were doing with the clouds. Why did she remember that? Who knows.

Azure watched them, slightly interested because of how they twinkled. "They must be magic." he told Pinky Lee, his simple explanation for everything there was that he couldn't explain. Azure couldn't see anything out of them though. There was just too many to identify figures. "Like what?" he asked her.

Pinky Lee looked areound as the stars were just starting to shine it was a bit harder to see anything. "I guess that could make a tree?" The stars were kinda in that shape.

Azure leaned back, he couldn't see anything like she had. "Maybe if I had a crayon that could write on the sky. Then I could connect the dots." Azure laughed as he tried to connect the stars with his finger instead. "Well, it could be a tree if you concentrate really hard" Azure squinched his face as he looked at the set of stars Pinky Lee had pointed out. "Well even if I can't see anything like you can, they are still pretty." Azure's eyes fell from the sky and glanced at Pinky Lee.

Pinky Lee nodded. Maybe it was just another odd thing. Though, the crayon sounded cool. "Yeah, I like that. Maybe there is a crayon for the sky?" She giggled as she tired to see what that would be like.

Azure flashed a smile and laughed. "I wish, maybe there is." Azure thought about it. "I'd sure like to find it, then I could connect all the stars together." Azure imagined a bunch of lines almost as bright as the stars in the sky. "Of course you could help me if you'd like."

Pinky Lee smiled. "Ah, that would be fun. Too bad that wasnt' your power. Or is it?" She looked at him as if saying 'Go on try it.' even if she knew it would more then likly not work. It was worth a try.

Azure looked at Pinky Lee unsure if it would work. "Its a good idea, it would explain why I haven't discovered it. I haven't tried it out." Azure lifted his finger to the sky. He wouldn't get his hopes up to much just in case it didn't work. "Here goes nothing." Azure dragged his finger across the sky, but nothing happened.

Pinky watched and waited for something to happen. She sighed and then smiled widely to him. "Oh, well it's not that it has to be something!" She giggled.
Just picking it out like that...right like that would have worked. the demon flamingo chuckled.
Sssh.. it was worth a try! The angel flamigo said as she shook her head at the other.
