Ariana looked up at the guy and coughed. "fashion magazines?? romance novels??!!" she glared at the guy. "do i look like a blonde airhead??" she stared down at herself. "ookaaayy cut that last question. actually i was hoping the library had a philosophy section and that someone might know where i could find a girl called Yumi." she glanced at the boy "i don't suppose you would know of either do you?"

"Philosophy?" He choked on a laugh and coughed. "Ha ha ha ha! Hell has definitely frozen over! A California girl, who wants a deeper understanding of life? Hahaha!" He reached out a hand to help her up. "You know what. come with me."

Ariana glared at the guy and narrowed her eyes trying to judge if he was making fun of her. she decided she would chance it. and standing up flashed him a smile. "yeah well cold still burns right? so techinically if you went to hell when it was frozen over you'd still get burnt!" Ariana tipped her head to one side "ha that's kind of funny actually" she grinned "and as for the deeper understanding of life, most philosphy books always finish up with the same sentance...same s**t different day..i'm looking for one that doesn't end like that! got any ideas?" she groaned as the seams of her bag began to unravel. "damn me having taken so many books with me when you have a decent libary here!!"

Yumi looked up from her book and saw ariana with the guy she had seen earlier. She closed her book, tucked it under her arm and walked over. "Hey, ariana." she said with a wave and a smile.

Ariana turned away from the boy and saw Yumi. "Yumi!! heya i came here looking for you! i know like nobody so i thought you might not mind if i tagged a long for a short while til i know someone?..." Ariana clasped her hands together "oh pretty please" then she grinned and turned back to the boy. "sooo now i've found one of the things i was looking for, but i have yet to find that book." she glanced at the boy again "are you going to help or what?"

Ariana grinned "hey thanks! i'm actually looking for the philosophy section of the library.. but hey i'm a california girl so i'd better go look at the fashion magazines instead..." she stuck her tounge out at the boy and laughed. "you coming?"

mitsukai desited to go to the liberry so she got up when she got there she went strait to the teenage dramas and grabed love sick and the cique then she went to the astronemy section and grabed a book from there then she sat down in one of da chairs and started reading

He walked forward to ariana. "So your name is Ariana? And you," He nodded to Yumi, "are the girl, yumi, that she was looking for? All right." He bowed low to both of them. "I apologize for my rude comments. I did not realize you were not normal 'Cali-girls.' Please forgive me for my impertinence." He managed a sheepish smile. "I would like to make it up to you. I know this library better than anyone in the school, and I know a fair bit about all the teachers, so if you need any help, give me a call." He started walking toward an aisle of books. "The philosophy section is this way, if you're still interested."

Ariana grinned evilly and raised an eyebrow.. "dear lord now he's calling us 'not normal' Yumi," she smiled "only kidding" she laughed and turned to follow him.
