"It's fine, it's fine," Alex said, a small smile on his face. He looked at Cody, noting how quiet the dog had been the entire time. "What's with you? One moment you're talking fine. Next, you're quieter than a mouse."

Cody just smiled at alex, he had been watching shin and the others, happy that denkou wasnt mad at the boy anymore "Just checking on things alex, heh sin and denkou make a rather cute couple" the dog noted off handedly.

"Do you and Shin hear yourselves talk?" Alex asked, chuckling a little bit. He glanced at Shin before he stood up, brushing off the dirt. "Kindda. . .boring, without all that Night Fall business."

"Thats true it is, but dont look a gift horse in th mouth alex, heh you and shin are both antsy without any demons to fight arent you?" the dog asked smiling, Roan just snickered.
Shin got up leaving denkou and sin to have time for themselfs, also he didnt want to get hit again for asking a stupid question, he smiled as he turned away from the two spotting cody and roan he headed over a little surprised to see alex there with them, "Hey, its the stubborn brat, whats up lex" shin said rather happy to see the boy "Im glad your not dead, worried when you sorta vanished for a few months" he said smirking.

Alex flicked Shin and moved the boy's hand from his head. "No, he didn't show up. Always does that, stupid brother," he said, a little disappointed. "And I wouldn't do anything drastic. Train, maybe, but not try to kill someone."

he said shaking his head a little "I know your not drastic, heh most drastic thing you would do is return a library book in late, what do you say we head back to your place, see if your bro has shown up Id like to meet him" shin said smirking at the boy "Whats his name anyways?"

"Yes!" shin said happily looking at roan and cody "Hey you two dont mind either righ!" he said smiling at his friends.
"Ne, shin-kun ill come along with you, im currious if alex-kuns oni-san is anything like alex-kun" he said trying to imagine alex having an older brother, "Ne alex-kun, where has he been all this time anyways, your oni-san" roan asked curiously.
Cody simply yawned looking at the trio "I think ill stay here, dont wanna scare the poor guy, heh, plus I dont want sin and denkou thinking they were ditched by us" he said laying down in the soft grass.

Roan shrugged standing up and dusting himself off "Ne, alex-kun, no worries, now lets go meet your oni-san" he said sounding excited about it "Well be back later cody, and Ill make you a nice dinner" he said petting the dog as he looked at shin and alex.
"Ro....your kinda nuts you know that? Yeah though your right, lets go see alexs bro...heh..youve never mentioned him before, I wonder why?" he said letting it drop "So whenever your ready, lead the way oh great lex leader" he said making a small bow smirking.
