It's for the girl's avie.
If you click the link to her environment, you see a bunch of items there. However, those aren't all the items on Gaia. They're only the ones in her inventory.
If you're making the tektek, and know of an item that you want to add that is not listed in her environment, you can use a search bar at the bottom of the creator for other items.
You can have up to three items not listed in the environment on your tektek.
Make sense?

1- Red Class Sock @ 250 Gold
2- Drop Dead Gorgeous Moonlight Heels @ 230 Gold
3- Elftech Gloves @ 3,448 Gold
Total: 3,928 Gold. These are store prices; you may or may not be able to find a better deal on the market.

Oh! Now I get it. So we mostly use the items on her environment list,but we can only use 3 items that is not on the list.
