Kei shrugged. " Yeah, I am but...Sleep is so nice and no one dares wake up a sleeping person...Except you people." If she had been a little more awake, Kei would have glared or something. "And yeah, Sheena's right. People always assume I'm homeless and next thing I know, I wake up to a pile of money, bent nails and...Other entities..."

Gaara had appeared beside Kankuro and a gust of sand and wind, a slight frown on his face. "If I were to choose someone to go, you would be going and you alone..." he said simply. "Where is it we're going again...?" The village had been so insignificant to Gaara, that he had forgotten it completely. That and it wasn't his job to look these things up, at least to him anyway.

"So heather, did you come across anything interesting in your "research" today?" Sheena asked, slurping up some ramen noodles. Just then Sheena stopped dead mid-slurp and froze, looking straight into the distance. Behind her pretty Lolita hair you could see her doll-ears twitching ever so slightly. She looked down and her glasses lit up so they looked like white lenses. She used her middle finger to push them back up onto her nose. Little did the others know but Sheena had "cute shinobi senses" and they were tingling.

"Thanks fot the ramen sensei but I must leave now! Follow if you want!" and she sprung up from the bar the way ninjas do.

Shikamaru just gave Naruto and Lee this LOOK that said something like "I'm too tired for this. stressed "

"I was sent here by Asuma...I guess he's training my other teammates. Why are you guys here?" Shikamaru asked, sheilding his eyes from the blinding light of the neon welcome sign.

Yawning, Kei took a seat at the ramen stand and put her head down. Not long after, she was sleeping again.

Gaara looked at the area Kankuro had pointed out, then faced forwards again. His frown was still in place as the two walked.

"Batteries died." she muttered into her bowl as she picked it up and quickly finished off her meal. "Why is everyone running around so much today? Are there actually missions for once?" Heather asked no one in particular. "Well, no missions means more research!"

His exhaustion catching up with him, Neji sat down on a bench to catch his breath before he continued looking for the leader of this village. Looking around, he wondered for a moment where his other team mate had wandered off too, but then realized that it was quieter without him. He watched as a few people ran around, apparently in a hurry to get somewhere. I wonder if this place is always like this?

Lee finally caught up with Neji after getting past that devil of a welcome sign. It was so bright that he couldn't read it and was then blinded for a couple of minutes. " Neji! You made it past the sign. You byakugan is indeed powerful...um...you know now that I think about it no one told us what we were supposed to be doing here...oh well I'm sure Tsunade-sama has sent a letter to the kage of this village and we will find out soon."

" Damn, I sure as hell haven't gotten any mail lately." said Cicero.

Ano followed them to teh ramen stand and snorted when Kei feel asleep again. "Jeez. Does she ever wake up for more than 10 minutes at a time?" She poked hera dn poked her while she waited for an answer.

Shino had arrived at the front of the vilage as some girl had yelled and 'greeted' them at the enterance. "I know I'm going to reget this...." He sighed as he waited beside Lee for them to be escorted into the village.

Kakashi was late, as usual, and took his time arriving at the village. "Oh thi is getting good," he muttered as he reasd his ever faithful Icha Icha Paradise book.

"You're right, he does look like a girl. No big deal though, I've seen some pretty manly looking chicks too." Heather said, remembering a certain 'research' night. "His rabbit would probably taste good though."

"Hyuuga Neji, also from Konoha." He got up from the bench he'd been sitting on and took out a rather large scroll. "The Third asked me to give this too you and said that it contains important information that you'd find useful."
