I can't help you with a name, but I have an idea about the Gambino side.
Vampires have the obvious weakness of a stake through the heart, but what do the Gambinos have?
I think it should be something simple like the stake, for forum event purposes.

I think it should be something simple like the stake, for forum event purposes. Pork chop? *buh dum tch!* But seriously, that'd be something interesting to look into, I had never thought of the Gambinos' weaknesses.
