My town is at the base of the Rockies - plenty of runoff water - it just never rains. If you are more than 20 miles from the River, you wont have any water

i don't think my town was had a drought in a very long time.
its funny same river one place has a drought the othere doesnt. most rain in AZ. more.

WE can use it here - crops are watered from the river water - thats why the Colorado River doesnt reach the Ocean anymore - too many people watering crops
