Umbra nodded, smiled, and lead Erica out onto the dancefloor. His eye shifted from the casual grey to a deep blue.

Erica glanced at his one visible eye, as they danced. "Did I know you before?" She tried to think, concentrating on the familiar.

Umbra let Erica lead, and glanced away from her as he shook his head "no."

Umbra took a quick pause in the dancing, and wrote on her hand with his finger "Can't remember." He returned to the dance immediately afterwards.

"Oh," Erica nodded, "I suppose that would cause a bit of a dilemma." She quieted just dancing for a moment.

Umbra nodded, and gave a weak smile that she couldn't see. He looked over her shoulder while dancing, staring into the past.

Erica waved a hand in front of his eye as the dance ended. "Hey, space case, you get a chocolate...and hopefully Scott hasn't eaten them all while we danced."

Umbra jerked upwards, surprised by Erica talking. He smiled, and gave a slight bow. He returned to the booth, and took one of the chocolates.
(Ack! I have to leave for work in 5 hours! I'm going to sleep!)

Erica looked at the platefull of sandwhiches, zapped Scott on the arm, and picked one up to eat. "You know you could have just ordered some chocolate yourself, right Scott?"
