Oooh! Needle! Bozely ran hurriedly to the grate, trying just now to figure out how this would help him open it. He fiddled with it nervously, nearly dropping it a few times.
"Obscurities, obscurities..." He mumbled.

No clues were readily jumping out at him. It was all him. How could a long needle work at a horizontal slot for a screw? Time was running out.......

Bozely smiled haphazardly as he turned the sideways and carefully placed the needle in the slot. Hopefully it would be strong enough...

YES! It fit! And it seemed it could hold, too. All that...needed...whoa. Was the room spinning, or was it just him...?
Oh, God...not much time. Had to unscrew the corners...pronto...

Bozely shook his head vigorously and quickly began to spin the syringe, switching hands whenever it came to that hand's side. He was kind of pleased to find that it worked much better than a screwdriver, and legitimately pleased when the screw fell into his hand. Now, the next one...

He smiled the as the grate slid off with the last screw, too...ugh...easy...ugh.
Alley oop! Let's get the hell outta here.

And thus, he barely ecaped, breathing in clean, ventilated air as he heard the screams of many behind him...all submitting to the powerful nerve gas...
Among the screams was a familiar voice...

And so he crawled...through what seemed to be miles of air ducts...until suddenly, he came across a fork. It was simple. Left and right, bot paths continuing on for what seemed to be more dimly-lit ages of crawling.
The choice was simple, and by now the voices had faded, leaving Bozley with a clearer mind...

Part of him felt bad for Ezriel, but, hey, one or two less obscurities. He looked down each of the paths, noting that they looked the same, but he hated that it was all down to a hit or miss. So far, though, he hadn't gone wrong with left, so left it was.

He continued left...
After some time of crawling, faint voices could be heard underneath. That posed a few interesting notions.
1) He would have to be realllllly careful passing by.
2) He could always listen to what was being said.
3) He hadn't moved up; who ever was talking seemed competant enough to be a survivor! ...or that weird duo...
Whatever action he took, he would have to excercise some serious caution...

Hmm. This was unexpected, but, if it was those two, he could get some information on what the hell was going on. Bozely quietly shuffled back a little and pressed his ear to the bottom of the vent, shuddering at the metalic chill. Even if it wasn't them, he could wait and see if they moved on, and follow quietly behind them until they turned.

It was definitely the duo. He could hear them conversing quite clearly.
...but what are you going to...
Kefka. He's here. I have his injections, his work, his plans...and as long as he's detained, there's nothing he can-
Well. You know how eavesdropping sometimes COMPLETELY blows up in your face?
This was one of those times.
CRASSHHHHHHH!!!
The vent slammed down to the floor, in a hurricane of metal, screams, pain and fear. Right where the two were speaking.
Heh...at least you weren't...hurt? You could still hear the man's voice...
"Well, well. What do we have here? No, no, Night; I'll take care of him. He could be dangerous."
And then blinding pain. Yippee.
[KO'D. Wait until I return for the later portion of the session.]
