Kai nodded a thanks. "Dont worry. I wont be going far." He said, continuing onwards behind a narrow path of stones.
About five minutes later, Up on a cliff above, foot steps where heard. Soon afterwards, Kai peared down at the group about 20 below him, then waved. "Theres a cave that leads up here! It seams like an easy place to defend!" Kai shouted back down to the group. It must have been used by Zero to spot them coming into the valley.

Observing the situation by sitting on the branch of the tree, Amitia was very surprised. The others already treated Zero as an old friend, straight after battle. To be sure, she decided to keep her guard up. She wouldn't trust the stranger that easily.
Suddenly she sensed a spirit near - and she even recognized it.
Asuka! That means she and Kotarou have followed us.
She looked down to others.
"We will soon have extra companions", she informed.

Candy looked up to Amitia in question.
"Extra companions?" she pondered keeping her thoughts to herself.
She heard Kai shout and wondered if anybody else besides the group heard them. Watching over Taerel, she sat still and waited. Her thoughts were clouded with worry, but she managed to think of some herbs that might help Taerel later if needed.

A ringlet of fire surrounded Domeki as he was suppressed to his normal form. Taerel leaned her head back to find a small black cat looking back at her with large yellow eyes.
"But.. I didn't..!!"

Kai observed the mossy grey stones around him. The cave that led up here could have easily been made into a home, if he hadn't come to Koi High school, and the ledge it came out to was a great place to build a camp fire. From there, he would be able to illuminate his surroundings, or stair down into the valleys at night. If only he had found this place sooner. Feeling a bit saddened by the fact, he walked back into the cave. His footsteps echoed along with the occasional water drip, as he followed the incline down to the surface. Almost like a natural stair case. He walked out to be greated by the green ferns that covered the cave very well, making it apear as if it led to nowhere. Kai walked out the narrow pathway that led back to the main road and looked at everyone. Maybe Taerel would need his help walking there. Or if it began raining while Zero was still stunned, Kai would at least have the decency to drag him in.

As Kotarou contiued to follow Asuka he accidentally took a wrong step. As soon as his foot touched the ground it shifted. "Eh?" was all he could get out before that edge of the cliff gave out falling, pulling him along with it to the ground below, near where the group was.
"Kotarou!" Asuka yelled as she turned around at the sound of the cliff part crumbling off seeing Kotarou fall.
"AHHHHHHH!!!!" He yelled as he continued to plumit down the side of the cliff along with pieces of rock. This isn't going to end well. Kotarou said to himself in his mind.
"Kotarou!" Asuka yelled as she floated down towards him quickly.
As he continued to fall Kotarou flailed trying to find something to grab onto to stop his fall. Luckily he managed to grab onto a ledge before he hit the ground, but the force from him falling caused the ledge to crumble also though it did lessen the force of him falling. There was a loud crash as he and the ruble from the cliff made contact with the ground. Kotaroued graoned out in pain, he was alive but hurt.
Asuka quickly floated down to his side "Kotarou! Are you alright?" she yelled worried about him. Please be ok Kotarou. she said in her mind over and over.

Kai's attention was diverted by a scream, and the sound of rocks falling. "What the?" He asked himself. At first thought, he belived that Zero and Ace where not alone. So just in case, he brought his sword with him as he ran over to the source. As he ran to the setting sun, Kai noticed Kotarou. Though he did not know the boy by name, he did remember his face in the courtyard. "Hey, are you alright!?" He asked, sprinting over, kicking stones to the side to clear a path.

Kotarou layed there, conscience but unable to speak. The pain from the fall though not fatal still took a toll on the boys body. Who is that? he thought to himself unable to voice his thoughts.
"Kotarou!" Asuka continued to yell at him. "Please help him!" she told the boy who had come over to inspect the situation.

Although normally, Kai would be unable to see spirits with out first opening his mind's eye, since he had Yuri in his body, he could see and interact with Asuka. Infact, some times he couldn't tell the difference between living and spirit. "Hold on! Ill get him over to our camp! Its this way. You could follow me, right?" Kai shouted up a bit frantically, grabbing Kotarou's arm and wrapping it around his shoulder, and hefting him up. "We have a healer over there too." He said more calmly, as be began to make his way back to the others.

Zero tilted his head, and attempted to look around to see what was going on but of course he still couldn't. "What's going on?" he asked Ace. He didn't want to talk to the others any more than he had too. Ace scurried up a tree and put one hand on his forehead so he could see. "Looks like some one got injured or something." he yelled down to Zero. Zero sighed, as he stared at the ground. He was hoping it would be some more thieves, that way he would have a better chance of escaping while they were busy fighting.

Kotarou groaned ever so often from the movements of someone helping him. Whats going on? Who's there? Kotaoured thought to himself trying to understand what was going on.
"Alright." she said as she floated, following him watching Kotarou the whole time worried about him. "Please be ok." she said to herself softly.

"Ace, can you come here for a minute?" Candy asked as she looked towards Zero. She took out a vial of liquid with herb seeds inside of it. Across the top it was labeled "Circulation Soother".
Suddenly, she heard something coming from the direction Kai had left. To her surprise, he was lifting somebody towards them. By the looks of it, the boy was injured and weak.
She stood up and waved towards Kai to bring the boy near her and Taerel.
Candy turned back to Taerel an held her hand to feel her pulse. Making sure it was regular, she closed her eyes.
So far so good...
"Taerel," she said in her usual soft and gentle voice, seeing that Domeki has transformed into a smaller cat. "Can you tell me how you are feeling right now?"

Taerel was quite used to situations such as these. She had always had health problems like these when she overexerted herself; this pain was minor compared to the normal circumstances.
"I'm fine." Taerel smiled as she slowly closed her eyes.

"I see," Candy sighed. "Then it is probably best if you do rest."
In a way, I think I understand.
She pulled out some petals of a Lady Slipper and blew them into a fine dust towards Taerel's face. The aroma would calm her down so that she could peacefully fall asleep with no worry or pain at all.

Amitia jumped down from the tree. She looked carefully how Kotarou was carried nearer, but stayed out from the way. When not asking for help, they weren't getting any.
Then she lurked Zero, that was still lieing on the ground just five to seven meters away. Boy would probably try escaping straight when getting a chance. She decided to ask Kai when everyone was safe, if they were going to keep Zero as a prisoner or just let him go. She didn't exactly believe that they would kill Zero. These people are too soft for such action, she thought.
