It was more than her threatening. Chantico really felt like she couldn't keep this up for much longer. Her power was unmatched in the dreamworld, but Morgan had so much energy....and if she just let it all go then Morgan would be struggling and trying to harm those helping her. "Morgan. I'm sincere. Stop this."

"You let go of me. You realize what you're doing? You're invading my damn head! And while the others can calmly sleep never knowing you tried, and Aes will nod and lie to you in the walks, I have to spend hours creating walls just in case vermin such as yourself dare try this! I cannot allow it!" she knew she wouldn't remeber her walk (Like Aes could) afterwards, but the blocks were something all the same.

Chantico was starting to suspect that she would come out of the walk with a traumatic headache."I just want you to know, I had to do this then." she replied through gritted teeth. Closing her eyes, she formed a spike out of the air and whirled it over her head. This was all unneeded of course, but she wanted physical representations to help her keep her place.
The spike was them slammed down and rammed straight between Morgan's eyes.
"Alright, memories......let's see what I can find to keep you quiet. Oh, who's this?" she found the memory of Morgan, hair much longer, in a heavy golden headress and elaborate roman toga with a cloak. She had men surrounding her with a wagon. They stopped when they cam across a body. Morgan mouthed the words "Mab's grace" and ordered them to take the body on the wagon.

Morgan didn't move for fear of what the spike would do to her brain. Odd, she didn't feel any pain... Morgan gave Chanti a dirty look, and replied: "The Green Knight, I sent him to kill one of my brother's men ages ago. He was big and stupid, but if we left the body there Gawain would have ordered him strung and quartered to embarrass us." hardly worth a mention.

"Maybe.......wait, here's you as a child! Blonde hair, who would have thought?" Chanti actually sounded amused "Then... who are the other three here? The adults are your parents then?"

The Duke of Cornwall had been giving Igraine a geniune silvered mirror, unheard of for those parts. "You are correct, they are my mother and father. The other child is Morgause." She paused
"You can't hurt me with these, I've come to terms with all their deaths. They weren't my fault, and I've brought vengence upon those who did cause it."

((I'm trying to find information about Morgan as fast as I can, but most just say she's a wiccan icon and leave it at that! gonk You've got to be an expert, you picked up on "Sir Gawain and the Green Knight" almost as fast as I thought to mention it sweatdrop ))
When Morgan freed herself from the curse, she did forget some of the terrible things she'd done, but here in the dreamworld she could remeber all. The big fault in that was that Morgan was hardly remorseful for her actions.
"But what about these two? It seems you caused these men's deaths very directly. One you even had murdered by his own cousin." Both were connected to royalty, and Morgan had been close to them. What an unusual choice Rivven seemed to be.
As soon as Chanti said it, she worried she'd gone too far. And yet, Morgan was still fighting her with those horrid walls.

((Very, The headdress reminded me that you were citing a painting, that's how you gave yourself away. She caused many men's deaths, but since these are both royal I think I know who you're talking about.))
"Guiomar was something to pass the time with. I hardly blinked when Guinevere became....." Morgan smiled, which looked errie with the spike sticking out "Jealous."
King Uriens was a little different, she bit her lip for a moment, avoiding the scenes Chanti was bringing back up- then she gave the walls a extra layer of reinforcement!

Chantico audibly groaned- where did Morgan find the strength? Chanti couldn't lose, this was her territory and she was it's undefiable master! She started searching for a strong memory, something less intense than the final blow she knew she could strike, but still powerful.
"You're fifteen here it looks like," right, that's when Aes started to complain that she was always leaving the child to his care and instead running around. More than just fighting like before though. Morgan had pitch black hair braided tightly. Parts of her armour were on, but she looked more relaxed. She ran down to a valley off the elve camp- to a young man.
Morgan drew her sword, and pressed her blade to the back of the man's neck. He started chuckling, and at that she burst out laughing. She dropped her sword, and he pulled her down into his lap.

((This makes no sense, how could you know about that? That must have happened almost two years ago? At least a year.))
Morgan's eyes got wide, and her brain finally snapped back. She started to buck and strugging against the spike wildly, trying to get away from having that memory played again.

((Had a bit of a chat with Hiro wink ))
That looked good. She couldn't get away from the spike of curse because Chantico's will was LAW here! But this was good, if she wanted out of this then she put less effort into struggling with the walls which totally locked Chanti out. This couldn't be kept up for too long either, but at least it was better.

She had been fifteen there, it was hard to thing about those months. Accolon... was one of the few things she had tried to bury in her life. Never talk about. And Chanti had more than brought it up.
That made her mad.
Morgan gave a vicious cry and grabbed onto the spike. Looking straight at Chanti, she ran up to her and shoved her down.

Her eyes widened, and a split second before she fell screamed. Morgan looked murderous. And if Chantico took the memories associated with Accolon away, then Morgan would be free to attack. Chanti had been too arrogant before.
Chantico knew she was going to regret this, but she came to her feet quickly and flung her arms out at Morgan. A wave of spikes flew out, all aimed towards Morgan's head. Meant to target the worst memory Morgan had, and play it out right in front of her as if it were happening then and there.
How ironic that all Chanti had wanted was a safe delivery for Morgan and her soon to be child.

She had been running towards Chanti, preparing to deliver a spin hook kick.
Morgan was stopped cold. Her eyes became unfocused and she turned pale. The sight was made more bizarre for the fact that many small spikes were sticking out of her head. She dropped to her knees, then tucked them into herself in an upwards fetal position. All defenses down.

Chantico hugged herself tightly and frowned. She hated that she'd had to do that to her, but now she could withdraw and help Aes. He'd told her that they'd be expecting a girl. Girl births secretly cheered her up more than boys, but she kept that to herself.
She left Morgan there. Chanti could snap her out of it later.
