Erhm... Hikari-chan? I think 'no training for a week' is a bit over the top. I recommend simple bed rest, little to no exertion at all. Aaaaaand... -checks chart (which pops up from nowhere- if there are any complaints or further complications - or both! - then Kai, you have to see a real doctor; I'm not licensed ^^;
Okay, we went form discussing Kai to doing random stuff...which should be in the spam thread... XD

true true. How do you put a picture into a post? I have a photobucket account and I can't seem to be able to post a cute Kai picture!
It's Kai with an apron on and a kitty pan holder with a dipping spoon.

You copy the URL provided for each pic - the one that says its for forums and stuff - and then paste it into your post. Don't worry if you don't get it right the first time; I had trouble, too. 3nodding
