*the branch shatters, like ice would, and the real Taiga falls onto the first Ice Pillar. Apparantly she was inside that branch controlling it*





Hmm....I wonder....

*Taiga thinks for a moment, but while doing so creates a new branch by absorbing some of the ice from the pillar*




*Taiga follows the branch and returns to the main body of the tree, then quickly hookshots to another tree that's farther away*


*Taiga then transforms the entire first tree into millions of frozen leaf blades.*


*her eyes are glowing with a cyan color and her body has a light cyan aura that resembles a Yeti. Taiga and Nanook are in synch*

*she releases the aura from her body, which results in creating a blizzard. She uses the blizzard to send the frozen leaf blades at Kyla while also concealing them and herself*

(of course, this all took a few extra seconds to do. Although she launched her attack, she didn't have time to delay Kyla from moving)

That may work with a normal opponent. But...I am a Retsunin...a Snow Shinobi. Ice-based attacks won't work well on me.


*Taiga isolates the effect within her body and then minimizes it with a spiritual power. Though Taiga prevented any internal wounds, her leg still hurts from the attack. The effect will be much less severe, but it still worked.*


*Taiga launches the kunai-blade part of her weapon into the air. she presses a button and it splits into dozens of kunai, which all fall toward the ground (of course some are meant to hit Kyla). Instead of landing normally onto the ground, the kunai sink into the ground easily and remain there*

*Taiga attaches a new blade and prepares for Kyla's next attack*

*the tree crumbles and shatters from this unexpected attack*




I see that you have great power and resolve. It's no wonder that Kold asked you to help him during our war. But know this: you won't defeat me using ice-based attacks alone.




*Taiga limps toward Kyla. Then she focuses a mass of spiritual energy into her palm, then slams it into the ground*

*the kunai underground pulsate, as if reacting to this spiritual energy. The Kunai break open and release special seeds from inside of them. The seeds glow and rise up from out of the ground. They shoot upward into the air and form a decently large wood bear. The bear itself is not like a wooden statue, but rather a bear made of living wood. Instead of fur, it has frost-covered moss. Its eyes are glowing with a cyan tint.*

*the bear lifts Taiga onto its back. Taiga pulls out Kokiri and holds it like a lance*





This is Nanook's physical form: a guardian bear of the frozen wood.


*Taiga still seems pretty damaged from the attacks, but stays focused. Nanook and Taiga charge Kyla/Blanc like a swordsman on horseback. They run up the ice pillar as if it was normal ground. The vertical thing isn't even an issue here. They rise to the top and face off against them. (though in this case, a woman on bearback. mrgreen )*

*Blanc gets a strange glint in his eye*
Energy's down...not enough to use much power...so un expected it is! TRUE WINDMILL OF TERROR!
*In his yeti form, Blanc is able to make his arms grow massively long, with huge fists, then attacks in berserker fashion. Now in his true form, Blanc's arms seem to grow impossibly long, with gigantic fists on them, but he seems to have no trouble controling them*
Physical power it is, in a way that is often suprising
*Blanc is trampled by the bear, but when he falls under the bear's feet, he uses his massive, noodly arms and wraps them around the bear and Taiga. He then rolls to the side, off the ice pillar, and lets his arms unwind enough to give Taiga and her bear companion one great shove towards the ground. Blanc lands, his arms retract to their normal size, and he steps on one of the poisoned spikes. Blanc remains standing, but breathing hard and no longer in a stance, watching to see what Taiga will do next*

*Blanc nods and vanishes, leaving Kyla in her normal form*

*Taiga bows to Kyla*





I agree. You two have a great bond. I know that you two will do very well in the future. Now then, Nanook and I have to get going. Nice meeting you and battling you.

*she waves to Kold and Kokujo, then pulls out an Ocarina. She plays a tune and vanishes in a flash of light*

*Alex walks out into the field looking nervous, and swinging his scythe cautiously*

sweatdrop So basically...take out their numbers by royally pissing them off...great. That kind of thinking is gonna get you killed big brother.
