Kadyn smiled at the two, glad to see more customers coming in. He then nodded to the guy. "Yes, sir. Baked fresh this morning." He prided himself on the freshness...but only because he had a bit of magic to help him along.
Iliana couldn't help but pale a little when hearing Rath's description. She'd never seen an undead or anything before but the thought was a little scary. "If I went over there with you...she won't try to do that stuff to me, will she?"

Oh, that sound delicious, Miyabi mumbled, barely distinguishable with his accent. He cleared his throat and smiling to Momoko before looking back to the man. Could I get two of those cookies, and a slice of that cake? he gestured, pointing to the one Momoko had admired.

"Not while I'm nearby. With the others around, there's even less of a chance. Ayzl may be a little unstable, but she's more enthusiastic than destructive." Rath nodded, "And once you get through to her, she usually sobers up. The one time I submitted to a check-up, she found something really was wrong with me and took excellent care of me until I was better. She's just got a...particularly colorful personality."

The girl felt happy inside as she stayed close to Miyabi. Cookies are good, she said in a rather small voice.

"Sure thing!" Kadyn pulled out two small plates with a silvery fantasy-like design on them and two forks for the cake. He then put the two cookies on one plate and the cake on the other. "Is there anything I can get for you two?"
Iliana listened then nodded a little. "Okay, I'll try to remember that. But...I don't think I'll stray too far from you." She blushed a little with her words but with him, she knew she would be safe.

Do you serve drinks? Miyabi asked, looking to the man behind the counter. He gently squeezed Momoko's hand before turning to her with a smile.

The girl stayed close to Miyabi, smiling sweetly to him before letting her eyes wander about the store. All of the pastries and sweets she saw causing her to smile more.

"I hope so...I mean, get along with everyone." She smiled a little then looked over the candies they had left. Iliana tried to resist eating some for herself. "So what would you like to try next?"
"We do. We mainly have different sorts of coffees, hot and cold. The same with tea." He wasn't as good at making teas and coffees as he was sweets but he had wanted to make sure everyone had a drink with their sweets.

Great, Miyabi said with a smile. Can we get two cups of hot jasmine tea? he asked, looking to Momoko to make sure the selection was alright with her.

Momoko smiled brightly to him, nodding. That sounds lovely, she said, practically throwing her arms around him.

"Coming right up." Kadyn smiled at the two, thinking that they looked like a sweet couple. They looked rather happy. Turning away for a moment, Kadyn moved around to prepare the tea. When done, he carefully placed the two cups on the counter. "There you go. I hope you enjoy your tea and sweets."

Rath nodded, "You shouldn't have a problem. Ayzl would adore you, I'm sure." He looked over at all of the displays, "As long as you say it's good, I'll eat it."

Thank you very much, Miyabi said, bowing his head as he took the sweets to a table before going back to get the tea. He sat at a seat, setting a cup of the tea across from him for Momoko. He looked to her, brown eyes rather sparkling as he smiled. You seem very happy, that's good, he said as he picked up one of the two forks, taking a bite from the cake.

Iliana laughed a little then picked out several other little candies. "I think they're all really good. You have to pick the ones you like best." She sat the colorful candies in front of him.
Kadyn bowed his head to the couple then moved back to the table with Thayet. "It's really nice to be able to help customers."
