This really didn't belong in the Picture thread, it probably doesn't belong here either, but I finally found the bible packet thing that Head signed for me.

Anways, it was the only thing I really had for him to sign. I did have the Greatest Hits album book in my back pocket at the time, but the church freaked me out so much I ended up in the backroom sobbing and I spaced it. Sounds really lame, I know, but I just don't like churches. Too many memories.

When I did meet him I did manage to tell him that KoRn helped me out, something I've been unable to tell Munky and Fieldy. I don't know, I just felt more comfortable around Head. Because he was an ex-member or just because his overall vibe was just so welcoming, (not saying Munky and Fieldy didn't welcome me with open arms either, they were just as sweet) I'm not sure exactly.

I remember the story, that was such a tough time for you... would've been for a few of us too. I would've probably gotten angry at him; if I could even stomach being in a church for an extended period of time.

Still, that's a cool piece of history you've got there 3nodding

I think you were more comfortable with Head because of the emotion that came with the circumstances of your meeting. THat, and his leaving Korn automatically lowered his "rockstar" status, thus normalising him to a certain extent - and yeah the church environment didn't have the whole "this is a metal concert, you're meeting music icons, try to act cool!" kinda thing.
