"What was---" Leran was ready to over run whatever Sasha had to say to demand the plan.... A plan? That sounded awful... And then Eicca was in doing his own demanding.
Leran folded his arms as the strange conversation went on. Well, good. Someone else hated Sasha. Even if he was just as... as... well, Leran didn't like Eicca by association. He glared a little when he came into the conversation. Yeah, temporary. You betcha. And as soon as he got his first paycheck or whatever he'd even know how temporary this thing was going to be. He'd assumed his father and Sasha had worked it out already, but certainly wasn't going to give either of them the pleasure of being able to snap at him by asking about it.
"Hey, so when's the day over anyway?" Leran demanded when the conversation hit a lull. He'd come in later today, and he hadn't grabbed his watch and wouldn't know what time he was allowed to go anyway if he had.
There was a lot that had gone on today that he wanted to not think about. And the sooner he was allowed to not think, the better. If only the stupid imp would let him.

As Sasha just stood there, still smiling, Eicca was looking around the shopkeeper at the “temporary employee.” One eyebrow was raised, and in his staring he allowed his doll to slip down slightly in his hands so that he now held her under the arms rather than by the waist. “I will always question your choice in employees. He is the complete opposite of Lucas.”
“Yes.”
“How about you just get rid of Lucas? I get tired of having to…remember those things.”
“My apologies, but I cannot do that, and you very well know that.”
“Anyways…Aki…”
It was then that Sasha finally stopped smiling, as if keeping up the face had become too much for him. Unlike Eicca he at least maintained an emotion even without such an expression, and he could look just as cheerful with a slight smirk as he did with the full-on grin. He waved a graceful hand toward Eicca, who answered with an emotionless stare, but in any case, he remained quiet, which was exactly the response Sasha wanted. As we all very well know, Sasha knows how to get what he wants. Eicca may not know how to get what he wants, but he knows what he wants, and he is very determined and very demanding. It was easiest just to give it to him, and that was what Sasha was doing. In the end, Sasha would get what he wanted: peace and quiet. “If you would like, you could go home now,” he finally answered Leran, turning elegantly so he could look the boy in the eyes. “I think you have done enough for today, and it will be easier to put you to work after you have studied the manual.”

Leran let go of a breath. He hadn't exactly been holding it, but then he hadn't exactly been breathing very hard either. It was sort ofl ike walking on glass... You had to tiptoe, but you had to go, and that's how he felt in and out with Sasha and the shop. Eicca's appearance and their nonsensical arguing had only brought all that back to him.
And with those concerns returned the polite Leran. He nodded, "Thank you, I'll have a look at it tonight. Have a good night, I will see you tomorrow."
He turned on his heel to leave and beelined it to the door. He was OUT, and he was...only coming back because his father would be breathing down his neck about it. Bah. Life was hard.

The shopkeeper looked like he was about to erupt into giggles, but he controlled himself, only smirking amusedly at the front door. After a few moments he finally regained his composure, finally looking back toward Eicca, who was burning a hole in his back with a glare. “Do you want an apology? You are not going to receive one. I just use my resources.”
“Like Hansi. And Lucas. And me,” the boy grumbled back, averting his eyes from Sasha. The merchandise was a lot easier to look at; it was much more predictable and a lot nicer.
Once again Sasha was smiling back, but unlike before it was sweeter, kinder smile. This may just be more frightening, especially to once such as Eicca, who was more accustomed to sadness and anger. Just as gracefully as always, he went to Eicca, grabbing one arm, pulling upward so he was forced to look back at him. “I doubt you truly care for that woman. You hate reminders, and she only comes second to Lucas in bringing back those memories. It is not as if she actually minded helping me, and you know that just as well as I.” He was still smiling now, but less kindly so; mischievous might be the best word to describe it. “You are just here for your lesson, and she was just an excuse to be angry.” Finally he let go of Eicca’s arm, but the boy did not move immediately, leaving in awkwardly skyward as he stared back into Sasha’s eyes. “We will have to cut your lesson short today. I have to prepare for my new employee’s second day of work.”
