i have demoted Cale to the rank of sole member, not because of your demands, but as to make sure he understands that neither he, nor you, are in favor.
You should understand the mentality I will be doing this in.
- Neither party will have any sway, i intend both of you to be on equal ground.
- I will not be bullied by you, nor him. You both will not make demands of me.
- I will cast judgement in a rational mind.
This is what I'm trying to say: You had better round up all these said "parties" who show disfavor to Cale. I will advise him to do the same for his supporters. I will not let him be put into more than one jeopardy, for both fairness, and more importantly, so that we don't have injustice solve injustice.

You will both be allowed to present any and all evidence, of all rights and wrongs, on behalf of the problem. Make sure you have enough damaging evidence that you can achieve what you desire.
I'm not doing this as a friend to you, Jamie. And by doing such, I am proving that I will take this as non-baised as I can. You are both on trial. I'm not going to let this feud rupture my guild any further.
My suggestions are these (and I strongly recommend them):
1) Accept the trial. Otherwise you are conceding defeat.
2) Round up all the witnesses of wrongdoing. I'm not going to have this turn into a circus of trials until Cale runs out of steam and banned from gaia altogether (which while I have no power of doing, I will say you probably could get quite a lot of ground to give it a good try, but fail in the end).
3) prepare your case as you would if your life depended upon it.
4) Trust that my neutrality is in tact; I have told cale he could face banishment from the guild if my verdict goes that far. He understands that there is no way he can escape the punishment I render. If that does not convince you of my dedication to this situation, then swear at me until you're blue in the face, because I won't do it any way else.
