Give It To Me Straight: 7/10. Could use some light greys to match the paw, or a little more distribution of blue. The fireworks also kind of outshine the microphone; I didn't even notice it was there until the second or third time I looked at your avatar XD;
Corruption In Disguise: Okay, I know the original post said this was for a government job but with that microphone, I'm going to go with a popular singer XDXD....Who's plotting to take over the world with an elaborate plan involving radio waves, subliminal messages, and a well-placed satellite network.
It Resonates With My Soul: I'm A Believer by the Monkees (yes, the original version of the song XD ). Your avvie looks like someone who could start singing about the love of his life that he just saw *giggles*

I thin it's a bit cluttered at the top and plain at the bottom, and I can't get any nice shoes, but I'd love to hear some other opinions smile

Give It To Me Straight: It looks pretty good ^^ I like the distribution of colors, and the subtle "danger" to it, with the scythe and lightning-eyes. 8/10 ^^ (And I've always been secretly jealous of you people who could activate the green goo glitch. I never could. ....Wait o.o It's not secret anymore! Gaaahh! *runs screaming, smack into a brick wall*)
What A Cuddly Tapir: A harpy eagle. A beautiful, awesome creature, nice to look at but with sharp talons ready to rip you apart if you get too close.
It Resonates With My Soul: In the Dark of the Night from the Anastasia soundtrack (I don't think I've said that one yet, have I? XD; ). Your avvie looks like it could do some dark, vengeful plotting >3 (especially if you add in a mental image of said avvie stroking/polishing the scythe blade while plotting)
Journey To the Past: Part of the royal court of an ancient, walled city, which fell the day ladders appeared up against the wall.

Give It To Me Straight: Yeah I'm with you, it does look a bit cluttered at the top. Unfortunately though, there's not much one can do about that in a dress xD; The colors look good though, and I think the shoes are fine ^^ 9/10.
Labu: How it's got this whole...nature sprite thing going on, with the petals and the wings, and the little birdies.
Devil Tail: Nothing immediately springs to mind (though the green glitchiness here and there looks a bit out of place ^^; ). Though the eyes, while matching in color, stand out a bit too much from the rest of the avatar, but I don't think there's anything that can be done there...
It Resonates With My Soul: Once Upon a December, from Anastasia (what is it with me and picking songs from that movie today? o.O) but specifically, the version released by Deana Carter. Your avvie looks like someone who walked right out of memories from long ago..

The left/red one
Give It To Me Straight: A great looking avatar, somewhat dangerous looking too. The candy cane kinda goes against that, but I can see why it's there. Overall a nice look, with the reds and blacks. 8/10.
Labu: The presence of the umbrella. I love that thing xD
Devil Tail: Like I said above, the candy cane kinda looks outta place. I know (or am reasonably sure) it's there for color matching, but maybe see how it looks without it?
It Resonates With My Soul: Bat Country by Avenged Sevenfold. It just seems to fit, not only with the aforementioned dangerous-type look to it, but also some of the lyrics just..match. (One set that pops to mind is "So sorry you're not here/I've been sane too long, my vision's so unclear")
Look Up In the Sky, It's...: Ax! With her amazing ability to spew shadows from opening her umbrella and use them to defeat her enemies, many would think she's a villain when in fact she's a hero. ...Usually.
The right/bluish one
Give It To Me Straight: ...Mmf. It looks good, so far. But the yellows and the blues are kind of at odds with each other, and the leg wrappings just look...weird. 6/10.
Labu: The pixie. I heart the pixie item. XD;;
Devil Tail: The fact that there's no definitive...style. No one look. It looks almost dressy, but it looks almost casual too and there's just no...symmetry XD;
It Resonates With My Soul: Brother My Brother by the Blessid Union Of Souls. Especially with those big sad eyes, your avvie looks like it could be someone pleading unendlessly for two groups/people to stop fighting.
Look Up In the Sky, It's...: P-Girl! Often known by her yellow scarf, she can be a danger on the battlefield, especially if you see her lift her cane. You don't wanna know what happens then...
