Willow sat down with sad kitten eyes of doom for a moment staring at the two. Nah she wasn't going to cry she just enjoyed their looks of horror. She knew better than to crack a giggle or a smile because it was going oh so well to.

Finally she got up brushed off her pants hiding the hair in her bag and slowly narrowed her eyes at the pair picking off who was going to be her next victim. She started to circle both of them pausing at carl to ruffle his feathers. Hooo what's this, she looked in her hand was a few of his feathers, she didn't pull at all. Why'd they come out.

"Okay Carl Truth or Dare?" She said in almost a chuckle. Her brow was lofted as she put the feathers behind her back and hid them with both paws waiting for Carl's answer.

Sidney watched and waited. Carl had even offered a compliment about short hair. Maybe that would help? It was hard to tell with those eyes. They still looked pretty sad now the deed was done and he had to look away, still trying to appear unphased.

When she moved though, he quickly looked around, almost expecting some sort of outlash. But no, it was going to be a slow attack, circling them like a shark.

It was a huge surprise when she picked Carl as her victim, although Sidney didn't dare think this meant he was off the hook. He looked at Carl with thoughtful eyes... what would the bird risk this time? Another dare? Or some terrible truth?

The worst had passed. He was sure of it! Nothing could trump him being kissed by Sid, so as she gently ruffled his crown he smiled a bit and resumed his stance of confidence in all that was his way.

"Dare!"

(( crappy 6am post xd ))

Willow's maw turned from a sad look now turned to a grin. Almost as if she knew what would be happening next.

"Dare it is.... Carl. I dare you not to panic." Her tail flickered watching the pair this was sure to confuse them both but she left it at that giving carl a chance to ask why. His feathers still balled up in her hand, lucky her she'd been watching enough animal planet to know things about other animals. This was going to be fun.

A soft hiss left his lips as Sidney watched. The bird appeared proud still but Sidney knew it was a good survival instinct to feel wary. Wary of Willow though? It was an odd idea. But during this game of their's the snake had learned there was more to the tiger and what she was capable of. She certainly knew the best way to embarress them at any rate and if anyone else found out... the thought made him feel hot and embarrassed just thinking about it. It would be worse than a wound made by one of Carl's talons!

Willow it seemed, was no longer depressed about her hair and the grin on her face made Sid wonder if she had been truely sad... or whether she had just thought up something terrible as retribution? "Don't panic?" He repeated, confused but oh so glad he wasn't in Carl's position.

The bird almost lost just then - not only the game but his composure as he stared at the feathers.

Carl never really had anything to be angsty or upset over, no real trial or tribulation to his patience...but his heart had seemingly jumped into his throat before plummeting into his stomach, a variable rollercoaster of shocked nausea.

But who wouldn't panic?! They were his god-forsakenly-flippin feathers!! Slowly, gently, he reached back to the spot she had ruffled and prayed that it was some sick joke, but no, he could feel the spot where the feathers had come loose.

He was...BALDING!!!

More specifically molting - but his knowledge was a predatory one, and molting had absolutely nothing to do with bringing down prey.

Thus, to all the world he looked like a heartbroken clown without a nose. A handsome...balding...clown...whom if you listened real closely to, you might hear his sanity cracking.

"My.....m-my f-f-fff-feathers..........."

Willow smirked. "Poor birdy. Losing you're feathers are we?" Her tail flickered as she peered down at him. Okay she was going to enjoy this a little too much.

"Mayhaps if we hadn't been fighting thise wouldn't have happened. Now would've it?" She wasn't going to crow about it but this was just to lovely of an opterunity. She snickered, "Oh well. I suppose molting is something even a brillant mind like yours can't get away from." She wiggled her eye brows and snickered.

"I suppose you've passed the dare." She sat down legs crossed running his feathers that were held in her hand softly and running her fingers over them as if to fluff them a bit. "So Carl? Is the stuipd game over yet or would you like to choose a victim?" He after all had started it. She figured he might want to end it.... if he could.

"Huh?" Sidney didn't understand. Carl's feathers were coming out? Like... falling out? He'd heard of balding. He'd seen bald people before. But he didn't know it happened to birds.

Personally he didn't think it was something to worry about. Perhaps if his scales started falling off he'd think he was ill. But Carl... looked on the verge of panic! It was an eye-opener for sure and a usual tidbit, he realised when Willow teased the bird. "Hmm? Oh yeah, sstresss I think causses it." He hissed in agreement.

Now to see if they'd had enough or whether Carl was up for another round... or whether he was just going break down at the sight of his little lost feathers.

It was funny. Normally one would not dub the bird clever, but at the thought of ridicule, the wheels of his mind spun and he turned his gaze to Sid. He had a plan, and even though it felt like his entire world had collapsed around his ears, the bird brought himself back up to his normal posture and forced the trembling tones to fall cooly.

"Sid - truth or dare?"

Willow still eyed the molting bird and shurged placing his feathers into her bag. Hrm her plan seemed mayhaps not to work as she had hoped but ah well. It's not like Carl cared he was molting.

Her tail flickered as she gave a cat like grin, that said 'yeah I ate that carnary, it was good too.' Then she moved from her place up to the couch arm to sit and watch the pair one leg hanging off and tail flickered as she watched them.

Carl pulled himself together and Sid was quietly impressed. Not that he would have flipped over something as trivial as a couple of feathers, but because Carl had managed to go from that look of dispair back to his firm upright posture. His voice had even sounded almost normal.

Sid flicked the tip of his tail, glancing at Willow as Carl made his choice. "Going to watch huh?" He called to her and then faced Carl. Well he certainly didn't want to do something as terrible as Willow's last dare.... And if he was going to alternate his choices, then next would be...

"Truth."

Carl grinned. He'd figured it out - he'd figured out how to shut the snake up so that no one would ever know about the incident. His gaze turned to Willow for a few moments, observing her reaction to the whole thing, before again he turned to his rival and spoke.

"What is the thing you're most ashamed of? The thing you never wanted anyone to know.."

That way they would be even. That way, if Sid told anyone - Carl had something to fire right back. Even if dare had been chosen, the bird had planned it well enough so that he'd basically bought Sid's silence - at least until his feathers grew back.

Willow looked at Carl. Hrm, either carl was reallyyyy stuipd or just strange. She couldn't see how that'd help him as she played with one of the feathers idely.

Looking at carl she shook her head and chuckled. "I think I see another one about to come out." She said softly, no she wasn't teasing him persay. Just making sure he cleaned up after himself so Iris wouldn't have to.

If Sidney had been worried about that grin Carl gave him, he was going to be disappointed by the question. The thing he was most ashamed of? That was a tough one.... there really wasn't anything he could think of!

Willow didn't even seem interested with his answer, more concerned with Carl's feathers. Well, guess she could tell Sid wasn't one to go around doing terribly stupid things.

"Hmmm...." He scratched at his black and green-tinged hair. "I don't know. I've led a pretty blamelesss life. Oh well except that time I nearly bit Nar... but he called me dull and well, that'ss all forgiven and forgotten now." He paused. "The only thing I don't want anyone finding out about iss that sstupid kisss! But then, I don't think anyone'ss going to tell.... unlesss you liked it." He gave the bird a sly grin.

Ace beat King. Sidney had used the royal flush on Carl's four pair, and thus had completely trumped his idea.

Well so much for that...Carl visibly winced when he found that his older peer hadn't fit the regular mold of teenagerness and done something horrendously stupid that could be held against him. No alcohol, no drugs, no crimes, no awkward situations involving two timing or using girls....Nada. Carl Rubbed the back of his head, gimgerly so as not to remove more feathers, and turned his attention back towards the situation.

"Well...No, I wouldn't tell anyone about that...I was hoping we could keep this feather thing on the down low, at least until they grew back."

Eh, when in doubt - pitch honesty, right? Not that Sid really had any reason to hide it. Carl knew he was at the mercy of both of the teens at this point.

"What will it take to keep you quiet, anyways?"
