INOSCULATION is the type of heart surgery when you join two branches of something in your body.
the letter came from the word INOCULATIONS
which is to affect some1 with small pox

K, again, for the sake of u guys getting prizes, I'm closing the question. Answers were Inosculation, which is the natural form of Pleaching.

ummm....true. He had no formal education. why? well...because he wasn't rich enough to afford schooling...so he was supposed to become an apprentice...and then he started doing his own thing? xP
