When Itsuki woke up the next morning, it was already almost noon. Walking to the edge of the lake, she took a sip of water. She then stared at her reflection in the lake. 'Last night... that was bizarre...'

Rae buried her face in Loki's fur, unwilling to face the sun. Last night had been weird, and all of the events had given her a massive headache.

Itsuki looked around. It looked like Ryari was still asleep, as was Loki. 'Is Rae awake?' Itsuki walked up to Rae and nudged her gently.

Rae grunted, ignoring the nudging to the best of her abilities. "G'way," she mumbled. Her head was pounding still, and the nudging was irritating her.

Ryari awoke from where she lay strewn out in the morning sun. She padded over and took a graeful sip of the cold lake water. She yawned and stretched, her colored pelt blazing in the sun.

Itsuki chuckled at Rae's reaction. Looking back to the lake, she noticed Ryari was awake. "Good morning!" She said as she walked up to her.

"Morning!" She said with a nod, and began to groom herself.

Rae grumbled uncharacteristically at the voices, burying herself further into Loki's fur.
Loki woke up, yawning, and noticed Rae burrowing into him. Smiling softly at her reactions, he didn't move.

Bored, Itsuki decided to roll around in the snow. 'That woke me up,' she thought.

Ryari paused from her grooming as her stomach rumbled with hunger. She turned to Loki "It it okay if I go hunting?" she asked calmly. "I'll take Itsuki with me if you want."

Restless, Loki decided it was time for Rae to get up. He sat up, picking her up by the scruff of her neck and dropping her over with the others. "Good morning everyone."
Rae glared at Loki, unhappy. She had been comfortable! "Morning," she muttered.

"May I go hunt?" She repeated awkwardly, thinking Loki didn't hear her.

Loki's attention snapped back to Ryari. "Oh yes, go ahead. Although Itsuki might want to start scouting soon, to see if there's any other foxes out there. At the rate we keep coming here, I don't want anyone to freeze to death out there."
