Alrighty everyone. I just finished watching the last DVD of Saiyuki.
I can tell you, I cannot wait for Reload! Even with a new cast of English VAs, it's the story that's really important.
Spoilers:
I have to say that one of my favorite parts is when Sanzo smiles after getting the limiter back on Goku's head. And the final fight between Homura and Goku? That was totally sweet! Of course, then there was Hakkai's and Goyjo's little conversation:
"Hey, Gojyo, I bet I'm the first man you've ever held in your arms." Gojyo chuckles. "Yep, the first, and only one..."
That was just too cute!
End spoilers...
Man, I seriously cannot wait for Reload!

Argh! I'll need to rent the last DVD. I've already seen Reload though and you guys won't be disappointed. I loved it. lol. *snorts* Actually, there was this one episode when Goku thought Sanzo actually turned into a demon after shooting dead over 1000 demons.... I couldn't stop laughing.

Funniest moment I've seen of the whole series was an anigif someone (she's the one who introduced me to the series, actually) made with Sanzo attempting to fly to India XD that came from Reload, yes? So awesome biggrin

So awesome biggrin LOL! That could be from one of the Urasais in Reload but I don't remember. I do know there's one with Sanzo, Hakkai, Gojyo and Goku taking a boat to India. Row boats at that... lol.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was... I just remember the look on Sanzo's face when the stewardess explained smoking was not allowed on the plane... hence why I said "attempting" :3

Xaala I just finished Witch Hunter Robin a few days ago. Cool series. Now and Then, Here and There was pretty interesting too. It's not everyday I come across someone who likes those as well as Saiyuki! I've still got the last disk to go for Robin. Was a bit of a dissapointment, sitting through the rest of it in 2 nights, and then just getting cut off. I really dug Now and Then as well, but I guess you have to watch it all in one sitting to get the full effect of it. Streteched out a disk a night, it kinda looses it's bite. Aside from Robin, I'd say my favorites at the moment are Escaflowne, which I haven't seen in a while, but have been meaning to sit through again, and X. Saiyuki is one of the best dramadies, but when it comes down to it, I guess I'm the ansty kinda guy. *mope mope mope* xd

I ought to show you the pics of me cosplaying as Robin. I even found a Michael Lee to take a picture with! I haven't seen Now and Then, Here and There, but Escaflowne is totally awesome!

Vision of Escaflowne is one of my old favorites, I love that anime! I own the series and the movie... the two are pretty different but still enjoyable to watch. RahXephon is also a nice series. It reminded me a lot of Escaflowne and Evangelion. I remember I also had this big obsession with Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing and Macross Plus. I haven't watched them in awhile but there was a time when I couldn't get enough of them. Right now I guess I still am obsessed with Hellsing since I can't stop reading the mangas. I noticed that Alucard's character is much more.... cynical in the books. There also seems to be more twisted humor than that in the anime. Heheh. I love it. Anyway, you should try Now and Then, Here and There! It's a really nice series but it's only about 13 episodes long.
