Relm was afraid to look at Keme's face to see if he caught what her other self was saying. As long as he did not ask. She could keep the truth from anyone else, but not Keme if he asked directly. It was worse, because she knew her other self was right.

She barely glanced around the main room -only enough to see that those currently within were mostly napping as the Black Luck had said. Only one was awake that she could see and Relm stifled a groan. Kirin Relm.

Turning on the couch she had pretty much claimed as her own, Kirin Relm turned to see who had entered. A knowing smirk graced the wise looking face of her species -a trait she often used to her advantage. "Hello Relm, Keme." Her smile broadened knowing who had just left & suspecting from Audio Relm's tight lips & her male's blush about the lines of what must have been said. That meant she did not have to. But she could still have her fun. Her fringers curled protectively around the opal colored egg in her lap. "You look beat. And famished. Why don't you head over to your room? I'll bring a tray from the kitchen in a minute. You could probably do with the nurishment." Laughing lightly as the audio shot daggers at her back, Kirin Relm tucked the egg securely into the sofa's corner & nested it with pillows before trotting off to the kitchen to do exactly as she had said she would.

You don't know how much, dear Keme! Although her thought might show in the hot glow ofher eyes, Relm smiled as softly as she was able and nodded. "Yes." She whispered, also keeping her voice low.

Sliding her hand from the crook of his elbow to his hand Relm lead the way to the magic door, reaching out with the other to open it onto her studio. She hoped Keme did not see the way her hand shook.

Once inside she smiled, pretending as if nothing at all was wrong. Clever little actress. "That was nice of her, wasn't it? I'm not hungry yet... but it will be nice to have something for later and not have to face the throng."

Yes, look for the bright spot. Go Relm.

Other thoughts were momentarily replaced with concern seeing Keme rub his neck like that. "Are you sore?" Relm asked, a worried edge to her voice as she hurriedly removed gloves & boots to join him on the bed. Kneeling beside him Relm leaned lightly against his arm to gently place her hand near his on his neck. "I thought of a backrub thinking it'd be nice, but if you needed a massage you shoudl have told me sooner, Hummer! I can make all your tension go away, you know."

And once more she was being completely innocent, more worried about Keme than how her words came out.

Giggling Relm kissed him lightly on the cheek. "Silly Hummer. You'll be getting both then. I'm not about to stop halfway."

noticing that she'd forgotten to put her bed back up today into couch form she nodded objectively. One less thing to deal with. She leaned back on her heals then, giving Keme room. "Just take off your shirt & lay on your stomach. I'll handle the rest."

She smiled, glad Keme thought of that which she had missed -she would not have cared for boots on her bed. Relm was barely able to contain her sharp intake of breath as he took of his shirt, and used the time it took to fold said article to calm her breathing. As nonchalantly as she could Relm straddled Keme's hips, holding herself up on her knees to begin her task. Only it was not much of task, for she delighted in having her hands upon Keme's back for any reason.

With sure fingers she started massaging his head gently. "It's best I work down, Hummer." Everything else she said sounded professional, businesslike; except for her nickname for him. It came out tender & personal, with the same feeling as if she had said 'beloved' instead. "If I start at your neck, there's a chance any tension there will work up into your head and give you a headache. I'd not want that."

Relm massaged his scalp evenly before working her way down to his neck and seeing to the source of the soreness there.

As Keme's tail began to wag beneath her Relm felt her face heat instantly and she immediately rose higher so that it would not brush against her. Well enough now, but Relm knew that as she continued down his back it would be more difficult to position herself to avoid such contact. As she imagined Keme's tail brushing the inside of her thighs Relm had to question herself whether what she really wanted was to avoid it.

For now she avoided it, want or no, to be able to focus on moving from Keme's neck to his back If the knots were any indication his soreness stemmed from where the two met. Only when she was nearly certain that particular problem area was taken care of did she think to continue to shoulders & shoulder blades.

Not before leaning her body fully over his to whisper gently in his ear for confirmation. "Did I get it, Hummer?"

Sighing softly she relaxed both at Keme's words & the slowing of his tail. Part of Relm was a little disappointed but the pictomancer tired to wall that portion up tight. Her gaze lingered lovingly on the male's back beneath her hands. Relm loved having any excuse to touch it and this was the best. She did not know when her tail started swaying gently behind her... not until she started progressing down Keme's back, herself lowing until she was not quite sitting on his posterior. Then her tail lightly brushed the backs of his legs though Relm barely noticed, she was so focused on Keme's back. I wonder if I could 'float' Keme to get him under the covers should he fall asleep again. Would it be fair, not giving him a choice? But we're together now, surely that makes it all right... doesn't it? At least so he wouldn't mind. Espers but Keme has a sexy body! There's nothing wrong with wanting to sleep beside him... not now. That's enought for me... isn't it? For now...

Outside, at the door Trelweny paused, hnd reaching for the handle at the flood of thoughts and emotions that trickled to her. Blinking, the human woman shook her head to clear it, then went to find Peter so that the rabbit familiar could teleport the tray of food into the room for her.

And she had thought it would be enough for her to intercept Relm Kirin from taking the tray in. If the couple was so relaxed, she would rather not disturb them at all. Thankfully, they had made the tray with items that could remain at room temperature most of the night and had covered them with lids.
