Keiko walked in and saw everyone running laps.
With a small smile, she joined them in their running.

Keiko quickly finished her two laps.
"Phew," she sighed, winking at her classmates. The truth was, she was just getting started.
She fell to the ground and began her twenty push ups. One... two... three... four.... five... She counted silently to herself.

By the time Keiko had finished her push ups, she was still feeling fine.
Meowing quietly to herself, she stretched before starting her sit ups.

On her first attempt, she could only do thirty five sit ups.
"Feh," she muttered. C'mon Keiko, you can do better than that! She thought to herself. She had always pushed herself to be a good student, and an even better ninja.

On her second attempt, she managed to do 50 sit ups in the minute.
"Now this is more like it," she purred.
Smiling for an instant, she began to concentrate to build up her chakra.

Keiko smiled, formed her hand sign, and easily produced a bushin no jutsu. Her two clones smiled and made a victory sign.
After letting her clones disappear, she began to study the kage bushin no jutsu.

Keiko looked up from the scroll she was studying.
"Thank you. I'm happy to be here," she grinned.

Keiko stood, focused for a moment, and attempted to produce a kage bushin no jutsu. One pitiful- looking clone appeared beside her. Grimacing, she allowed the clone to disappear, and tried again, focusing much more intently.

After concentrating for a while, Keiko opened her eyes, made the hand sign, and successfully produced five clones.

Smiling at her accomplishment, Keiko continued her training on her own in a corner of the academy.

Checking the clock, Keiko noticed it was lunch time. She grabbed her lunch, and ran into the grass outside the classroom.

Keiko sat at the base of a tree to eat her lunch. Opening it, she took out her sushi and began to eat. When she finished, she wiped her mouth and looked at the clock again. Ten more minutes before class resumes.

She stood, focused her chakra, and walked up the base of the tree until she reached a suitable branch. She sat down, gazing at her classmates beneath her. A breeze ruffled her hair, and judging that the branch was large enough, she carefully stretched out to lie on it. On her stomach, she slid her head to the side to see below her, and watched a few butterflies.

Yawning, she recounted the previous evening. She had been training until dinner, played with her cats for a bit, and then continued training in the dark.
