Dear Sitel Oak Ridge Management,
Please explain this asshattery. Supposedly I'm so good at my job, I get to do a different job for more skilled individuals. That's fine, and I enjoy that. What I don't understand is why I have to still pick up the slack for the slow morons on the line you transferred me up from. If I'm such a good goddamn employee, why do I have to make up for the shortcomings of the rest of the people on a line I should not even have a skill level in anymore? Numbers? If you did it right and actually kept that thing called employee morale high, this puppy mill of a goddamn site might not have to constantly be hiring. Sure, a call center has high attrition, but if you fool people into thinking they care about their jobs, they won't keep quitting because of the bullshit you keep pulling.
Also, mentor raises, what the ********? You're saying that now people have to be promoted to ******** management now before they'll receive a raise as a part of the promotion? When did you change this, because not 3 months ago someone got their mentor raise when they were promoted. I can understand not giving me a raise by switching which lines I work, but not giving someone a raise that walks around and makes sure that the morons in my old department get it right? ******** you. I'm glad I found this out before I even qualified to apply for the position. You barely pay me enough now to deal with the bullshit from the callers, and it's certainly not enough to deal with my co-workers' bullshit. You should consider yourselves lucky that I realize that this is the easiest call center job in the area. You should also be afraid, very afraid, that I know that there are jobs that are just a little more difficult that pay half again what you guys do. What you should really be afraid of though is the fact that I have a lot of friends on my new line of business, and they listen to me when I talk, and I know I can convince at least 3 of them to go with me if I leave.
In short. ******** you Sitel Oak Ridge management, ******** you.

You ignorant fangirl. Just because you're a member of his fansite, does NOT mean that he's now your best friend. Stop asking personal questions about his fiancee, she is none of your business, even if she is a mod on the site. And stop asking him very personal questions. The purpose of the fansite is to ask questions to him about voice acting, anime, and similiar topics.
And don't use that whole "I have no friends, I'm so lonely" argument. It's obvious why you have no friends...you're a creepy stalkery fangirl who has little social skills. He is NOT the characters he voices. He is his own person. He is an actor, his purpose is to make you believe the characters he voices, but he is not them!
Stop trying to escape into a fantasy world. He's JUST A VOICE ACTOR!!!!

Dear Boss,
I used to have so much respect for you. But in the end, all you care about is your status.
Your employees work so hard for you. And what do you do? You take away our 401k match. To save money? It's only $2,400 a month! Your precious son-in-law who does nothing to benefit your company makes that much in one paycheck. Go ahead, try and take our insurance benefits. See how many people leave.
It is so exhausting to come into work anymore. The only reason I don't leave is because I acutally care about YOUR employees.

Where do you get off? Day after day, the same things, with more stressors and situations to deal with. I do not want to be this play thing.. this marionette you hold the strings to. But I dance along anyway. with a fool's hope that one day it will all be happy. And it's not just with me, but with everyone. Stop playing with my friends' emotions and make them happy. You make things so unnecessarily complex and difficult.
And yet, I couldn't live without you. And there are the rare, beautiful moments that make you seem worthwhile.

I know you like to attention whore in your blog, so if the story you tell me is even more dire than what you tell them, I know you're trying to guilt trip me.
I was further vindicated when lo and behold, it worked out in a way no where near like what you had been telling me. If the risk had been what you told me, there would be no way I would be doing (or any caring person would be doing) what you're doing right now.

You know something? YOU made the decision to have unprotected sex. You made the decision to have the baby and raise it. Don't come crying to me about how hard it is that we expect you to work towards getting your high school diploma or a GED while raising your baby. Or do you REALLY want to be on welfare the rest of your life? Is that it? Because YOU chose to have a baby, now you expect the government to support you the rest of your life? Or is it that you expect your skeevy jailbird boyfriend to be your knight in shining armor?
You lack even the most basic common sense. You were sleeping with this guy and calling him your "boyfriend" and giving him YOUR food stamps and YOUR welfare money...and you didn't even know his last name for the first few weeks.
