((Y'know, Jello, I probably should've realised that. Sorry, my bad. sweatdrop So what're the chances it'll stomp/bite/tail swipe him, considering it's covered in people?))

Noticing the rain beginning to fall heavily around them, he took a tighter grip of the handle of his blade, feeling rather secure that he wasn't going to fall off. However, when James spoke behind him, Adam slipped on the metallic body of the beast and almost lost his grip. He quickly regained his balance, and began pressing the buttons in a color dictated order, from coolest to warmest: Green, Indigo, Orange, Nectarine.
He hoped it would amount to something. If not, it was time to rid themselves of the monstrosity, his way.

Brennsa ((Y'know, Jello, I probably should've realised that. Sorry, my bad. sweatdrop So what're the chances it'll stomp/bite/tail swipe him, considering it's covered in people?)) (( Pretty low, considering it's covered in people. The head seems to be going for the fliers. The tail is pretty much useless seeing as nobody is stupid enough to get close to it anymore, and it's still got a foot or two stuck in the ground I think. Pretty much just all head at this point. ))

((So, aside from the noise factor, there isn't really a whole lot of danger for Tormenta to be that close anyway. Well, not yet. Cool.))

Zen was getting anxious, he launched a second blade at the neck of the robotic dinosaur, evidentally he wasn't being trated as a threat so he attacked a second time this time with more force behind the blade which hurdled at the same spot, hopefully this one would deal enough damage to completely render it's neck useless.

Party on the dinosaur's back!
The problem with Jacknife's plan was that the dinosaur had a damn good grip on that cord. At first it would only mildly resist the pull on the cord as it was reeled in...then, after Jacknife had been swung, it would give one collosal tug, ripping the grappling hook free from where it had lodged...and ripping off one of its metal plates along with it.
So Jacknife would be shot forward, and go swinging towards the dinosaur's back...but with the rope still attached to his wrist, and still in the mouth of the dinosaur, he might be pulled back at any moment.
While the dino was distracted by the grappling hook, Xallen was able to make it onto the creature's back.
Unfortunately for Tormenta, the dinosaur was waterproof.
When Adam pressed in Indigo, the same thing happened as when he had pushed the Dark green button. But the moment he pushed in Orange, a compartment opened up and a boxing glove on a spring popped out towards Adam's face.
All three buttons popped out again, and once more resumed glowing.
With the dinosaur bucking and twisting, it was difficult to hit the exact same spot again. The second blade landed near it, opening a deeper gash and severing a couple of wires.
The dinosaur's vision blurred a bit, but the neck looked as mobile as ever.

James was about to say something, and then -
Kthch~!
It was a pretty hefty gash along his right shoulder. If Aiolos was throwing that knife from the rear of the robot James had no way of seeing it coming. It was a pretty good distance though, very hard to be entirely accurate. It was a glancing strike, cut open the shoulder of his coat and the shirt underneath, as well as putting a good sized slice in the side of his shoulder.
He nearly slipped off to the side when it hit, but he still had a good grip with his left hand.
Lord knows how Adam would feel... having a boxing glove pound his face in at the same time a throwing knife whizzed past the guy right behind him and into what more than likely would be his back. Thrown by a teammate no less.
However, James had a pretty good idea of what came next. He pulled himself up with his left and pressed in the buttons as quickly as he could; reaching over Adam if he still was able to keep himself from falling. This s**t was getting crazy, there wasn't much time to waste asking if people were okay. That comes later.
Green, Indigo, Nectarine, and pressing Orange with a fist just to accentuate his desire to get off this ride. There were only two options, and one of them had given a punch in the face. He took the other.

((So what happened to Jacknife? Is he just suspended in mid air? or is he traveling towards the dino's back? In which case he would probably manage to land on it, though still be yank-aroundable by the dinosaur.))

As Adam grinned, hopping his plan would work, he was almost tossed free of his grip when he took a rather cartoonish blow to the face from a...boxing glove on a spring...
Rubbing his face where he had been punched with his free hand, Adam quickly knocked the glove to the side, a very disturbing anger crossing his features. That was the last draw.
Adam took a hold of the plating with his free hand, then pulled his knife from it's spot on the back of the colossal dino. He quickly, forcefully stabbed it downward and into the seem between the metal body and the control panel, and attempted to forcefully pry the control panel from its spot on the back of the brontosaurus.
If this succeeded, he would reach down to his belt and draw forth another one of his frag grenades, then shout out "Everybody off!" while raising the grenade high into the air to display it and give his teammates time to get off before proceeded to toss the grenade down into the mechanical guts of the creature.

Yeah, like anyone would know where the heck a throwing knife would come from in this situation anyway. Besides, Aiolos never finished his song. A split second staccato to the flat of the blade shot the knife away from the two when he saw James slipped, the only evidence of a hit.
Friendly fire was not his thing.
Edit:
Yeah, not exactly avoidable, is it? He managed to cut up Adam's left side of his back. Damn, that was going to sting in the morning... Well, at least his partner didn't know it was him right? It's all good.
And with that, Aiolos took out his C flute and put away his Tin flute. He unfurled his glider and glided away from the wannabe robogodzilla, there was a feeling he did not want to stay there for very long.

Flare, can I get a "hell no"? )) edit: (( Oh, wait, I'm a judge. biggrin Though due to the 'conflict of interest' clause I'm not saying anything on it, just calling it out. ))

As Jacknife came around towards the back of the robot, he raised the hand not connected to the grappling hook cord. From the hand sprung a bolt of purple lightning. The lightning arced out and shot straight at the exposed circutry in the robot's neck. If Jacknife's theory was correct, it would act just like static electricity on a brand new motherboard. Due to the properties of the mental lightning, the effect would be localized. The lightning would probably travel a short distance through the metal of the dinosaur, but it would not be strong enough to do much more than raise the hair on the people standing there and possibly give them a slight buzz.
He landed with a thump on the back of the robot, just in time to see a raised grenade. "But I just ******** got here!" He shouted grumpily.

((By his own reckoning, Aiolos is AT LEAST 50 feet away, considering the length of the dinosaur. I'd guess he was more like a hundred feet.
...I honestly don't think he would be able to see what was happening clearly enough at that distance, nor be able to react that fast.
The knife's heading towards Adam, swift acting by Aiolos can keep it from being more than a shallow blow, but it oughtn't to miss completely by my reckoning.))

When James slipped and Adam gave up on pressing the proper code, he felt there was only one thing he could do. He could have copied Aiolos, only delivered a fatal blow by shooting James in the back of the head. But at the moment, Xallen was rather honorable and didn't wish to resort to something like that. He'd do the plan with a lower probability of success.
Though he was behind them, Xallen dove forward with his finger outstretched, trying to dive between them. He was aiming for, oddly enough, the orange button. He knew he couldn't press the entire code before James did, even though James slipped and he had not. But if he pressed orange before the other three buttons had been pressed, the result would be the same, only this time James would be punched in the face. And then Xallen might get an opportunity to try something. Assuming Adam didn't manage to rip open the panel and blow it up.
