hey there, my name is April.
age: 14
grade: 9th
I'm about to start high school and I was hoping to raise my self esteem. Also I was hoping this guide could give me tips on how to better myself, beauty/health wise ((how vain is that XD)

Hi I'm BroadwayBaby_musicnotes but you can call me anything you can get out of that (I've been called Baby, BB, Broadway, BBMN, Music, or whatever else you can get out of that)
I'm 15 and entering my sophomore year of high school. I am generally very highspirited and bubbly-- and am glad my life is just starting to go back to normal, because I just had a very traumatic ending to a relationship, basically he broke up with me to go out with my best friend. But recently I found out what a perverted douche he was, so I'm good. Anyway he was 18 and going off to college so (luckily) I never have to see him again!-- so life is slowly going back to normal... now I can start to focus on other cute guys! lol.
I love Broadway (obviously) as well as any form of [removed](I write, I draw, I dance, I act-- plus fashion is definitely a good form of expression!) I love reading (I could no easier pick a favorite book than a favorite star in the sky-- right now I very like Watership Down which is what rereading now) I knit.
I would like to raise my self esteem more (I'm told I'm very pretty although I don't think I am!) I'd love to be able to get some different influences into my fashion sense too and I'm hoping that people can help with that

Of course I highly suggest reading it,
that's if you're into vampires and such. x3
But IMO, it really is a good book.

(Or, as the cast members call them, "Twilighters".) x3
I'm just finishing up Eclipse right now,
but I so can't wait for Breaking Dawn!
And welcome, Ribbon & Kitteh!
I've already booked August 2nd off work, so if Chapters over here has a midnight sale, I'm definitely there, also booked off the 3rd so I can read the book.
I'm really excited about the movie, again, even though it's months away, I've already made a note on the calender at my work, that I'll be needing that day off.

Hey, I'm jamemarie2014 but you can call me jamie or jame. I'm 12 years old and going into 7th grade, I think I'm the youngest one here, but that's okay! 4laugh I've danced for 8 years and I've played tennis for 3 years. Dancing and tennis are my passions along with fashion. I'm always buying designer purses, shoes, or anything! I'm looking for ways to show my knowledge of designers and fashion to help people with their fashion problems and dilemmas. I also LOVE the Twilight series! I've read all three books adn am anxiously awaiting the next book, Breaking Dawn. I'm also super excited for the movie coming out on December 12, 2008!

jjnb11 Ok since you asked so politely I suppose I have to intorduce myself. I'm Jamie, 14, and live in a lovely little hellhole called Ohio (excuse my French). I'm a Freshmen in High school and participate in the Chorus program there. I'm actually a bit obsessed with hockey, which shocks most people because I'm rather girly. Yes, those are the Pittsburgh Penguins on my profile, and I'm proud of it!! So... that's me.. I think... hehe, how ironic! My name is Jamie, I live in Ohio, and I'm a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins(and the Steelers!)

@jamemarie--Welcome~! I should think you'll enjoy your time here. ^^ But uh...you said you were twelve, amirite? I thought you could only join gaia if you're 13+. hmm. Well, that goes to show there probably are 8 year olds running around through the site. And there's a movie on Twilight? That is...amazing. xD I should pick up on it.
@3llo- Oooh okays. I just feel...whenever I don't get to tlak to him, even I could have, I feel so...down about myself. Like...that blind girl from that anime show my little cousin watches. -.- Grrr.

Hey! My names.... Dolphin (Iruka).
I'm 17 and I'm a fashion student at college.
I'm inspired by people like Heatherette, Vivienne Westwood and the Club Kids! <3 I'm also inspired by Japanese and Victorian lifestyles- put them two together and you get Lolita (gothic/sweet/punk) Which I ADORE!
I love designing and making lots of different clothes. By different I mean things that are insane and nothing that the general public would consider as "normal".
Myself, I don't have a fixed style. I'm known to be a goth/harajuku-- that just doesn't go, does it? -.-
Bleh. It depends on my mood, if I'm in a good mood most of my clothing is black or some dark colour. If I'm in a good mood (which is most of the time) I'm overly-dressed and crazy, I follow the style 'Decora' (decorate) which is a Japanese fashion style.
I think fashion has quite a large impact in my life, I'm not like Vogue, I'm not proper, I'm INSANE. I'm a freak, but overall what people don't see, beyond my colours and crazy styles, is that I'm simply human.
