Keep in mind, Raiga was from the Mist village though.
The thunder village isn't the only one who can use those. :3

-3 For Kishimoto and since there nothing much to do I will ******** tell you ALL why he is a walking money eater piece s**t pie !
For starters Naruto is not a great anime, is not even a good one...however this is disguised by an aura created in the first few episodes about Zabuza haku and some parts of the chuunin exams. Let's face it, 99% of you only watch the series to find out some really obvious facts. "Is Sasuke going to kill Orochimaru ? Will he kill his brother ? Will he return to Konoha ? Who is the Yondaime ? Am I a retard for beliving Tobi is Obito ? Or is Kishimoto the retard for making a good character plot fall as low as a Disney's channel program ? Will Hinata win Naruto or will Sakura own him ? Will the rest of the characters ever stop being useless pieces of crap being there to be saved by Naruto ? Is there any other god moded power behind the Sharingan ?
Those question keeps the old school fans watching the anime/manga without giving up for quiet a while now. On the other side Kishimoto using his Bill Gates alter Ego makes money from Narutards while real Naruto fans download his crappy job for free.
Continuing on here goes another interesting fact. None of the character have any drama, except for Sasuke, the only drama all the other character have is a 1 episode "Let me tell you how alone I am so you can change me Naruto". Sasuke moves the story along the Sharingan, Sasuke is not cool either he is just an emo boy that seems to be transforming into one of my old characters slowly...which pisses me off... just when I thought Kishi had learn not to steal my job.
The fights: >> fights are no fights, all they do is attack let one side win for a while and then boom a miracle happens and the character either pops a new jutsu out of his a** or he just win with one hit >>. I totally can imagine Sasuke killing Itachi with a b***h slap across the face. something like this:
Itachi: "Mangekyo sharingan"
Sasuke: -b***h slaps him-
Itachi: "Oh now I'm looking at the groudn now I will disintegrate myself along it !"
Sasuke: -breaths heavily with one eye semi closed as he bows forward with a small line of blood coming from the right side of his mouth- "I killed my brother"
Narutards: "OMG SASUKE IS SO COOL MUST WATCH AGAIN"
Kishimoto: "Yes is time for more fillers hehehehe"
The fillers: No further explanation needed here.
Jounins and the rest: Yeah Kishimoto seems to forget that ninjutsu rank system and experience do matter in a fight >>. But since Kishimoto is a genius he divided ranks this way.
Kage: Secretary ninja, is there to die at any needed time so fans can see how strong the enemy is.
Anbu: Cool looking, they useless and are there to die at anytime.
Jounin: They are there to talk s**t, you know to explain the obvious situation and get worried over it.
Chuunins: They are there to fill the background...
Gennins: The highest rank of all, they are god-mode as much as needed and can kill a kage if needed.
Academy Students: They believe they exist but in fact they don't...like chuunins their mission is to fill the background and get every adult worried so we believe the village is actually filled with people.
Nuke Nin: These are the same as Genins they god mode and kill all the jounins, ANBU and kages needed to make the genins get angry. They are mean and evil so evil that they like to stare at you and say "Hump". In fact they seems to be ugly and have darker skin, this proves that Kishimoto is a racist who hates ugly people but like homosexuals.
Finally the most important part >> The weapons, ninkas are limited to over wight shurikens and kunais which are useless cause they either never hit or only stab a little...pretty much they poke you, always in the shoulder or 3 times in the back making a triangle...taijutsu is useless too... so are exploding tags... and jutsus themselves too...yeah only miracles can do something >>
Funny I think the strongest of all villages would be "The hidden village hidden in Eden" There you see "Holykage" Jesus with his hittai itte "A cross on it of course" and all his angels with the same hitai ite, since they get a free miracle per round they always win >>.

I'm an old school anime fan, hell I was around in the days of Ronin Knights.
But I think Naruto is awesome.
It has such depth in the characters. (Except Ino, she's a whore plain and simple)
