"Fying?" Kemujri asked the little boy. The idea was vague and, Kemuri hadn't tried to fly any higher than about a meter upwards. He hadn't practise becuase of his pastlife and new life. He smiled at the young one. "I can't fly very well, but do you want to give it a try?" Kemuri offered his other hand to the little boy.

"Mm!" he smiled, taking hold of Kemuri's hand as he continued to hold his lion- now by the tail so he would keep his grip on Kemuri's hand. His little wings trembled, but it was hard to tell if it was excitement, nervousness, or even a bit of both.

Kemuri lifted Nikolai after he had wanted to fly. Kemuri was a bit confused if he wanted to fly or not, but it was better than not to even try. He carried Nikolai like he did before, after they got out of the crashed bus. Kemuri unfolded his dark wings and flapped them. He hadn't flew anywhere before, probably a little bit up stairs or something but never too high. He flapped them as his feet lifted off the ground by a little bit. "if you want down, just say so and i'll do my best to get us down, okay?" he asked the young one before going any higher.

Guinevre held onto Kotatsu, wearing the eleven layers of protective padding she hated but Kotatsu insisted on if she even came anywhere NEAR a bicycle. Since Kotatsu could drive about as well as a wombat could rollerskate, cycling was the main way they got around to far off places. Guinevere thought that even cylcing was risky since they had to do so on the road, but apparently Kotatsu had learned how to cycle on streets a long time ago. But even Kotatsu wasn't prepared when Guinevere suddenly screeched. "STOOOOOP!" She braked so suddenly that the bike flipped and if the road had been busy they would certainly have been run over. As it was, Kotatsu, who had not been wearing as many safety devices as Guinevere, was quite bruised, but dragged the Herald and the bike quickly over to the sidewalk. Guinevere was busy pulling off all her kneepads, shoulderpads, and other devices. She ran over to two airborne figures. "Kemuuuuri!" she called delightedly. Kotatsu stared in disbelief. Guinevere had just nearly killed them to say hello to her friend!

Once they were hovering, Nikki hugged his lion and cringed against Kemuri as he stared at the ground. He didn't want to walk the whole way, but he didn't want to fall again either. Clutching a fistful of Kemuri's shirt, the boy waited for them to head off into the wild blue yonder.

Kemuri landed softly as he waved at Guin. "Hey Guin~ Long time no see." He said. He feet on the ground. 'whoa, flying seems easier than it is.' Kemuri thought after he registered he was just in the air a while ago. He noticed the little boy holding his shirt tightly. Kemuri didn't mind because he knew how scary it was to be up in the air above so many things and maybe even crashing. Kemuri placed a hand on Guin's head. "Have you learned any Witch Spells lately?" He asked the young black haired little lady.

Guinevere nodded. "I learned a spell to give Pucci warts!" she said proudly. "Only I can't tell if it worked because he's all furry..." she added glumly. "On the other hand, I also read something interesting! It said we come down when we jump into the air because of gravity." She nodded. "I never knew that had a name." She realized Kemuri had a Herald with him and that she knew the other. "Oh, could that be Nikolai?" she asked curiously.
Kotatsu got to her feet and dusted herself off, rolling her eyes. "Hello Kemuri, Nikolai." she said, nodding to them.

The little boy flapped his wings, looking surprised when they did not fly away. However, when he spotted the young Herald below his wooly hood did not hide the blush on his face and hid it from Guin in Kemuri's shirt. The cute girl was back!

Kemuri looked at the little boy who seemed happy to see Guin. "you two have met each other?" Kemuri asked with a sense of 'young-love' abrewing. "Gravity, eh? Can you defy it by flying, Guin?" Kemuri asked Guin. Kemuri waved to Kotatsu.

Guinevere shrugged. "I almost tried to once but Kotatsu caught me before I could jump off the roof." She looked disappointed at this stifling of scientific inquiry. Waving to NIkolai but looking disappointed when he hid his face from her, Guinevere sighed. "He doesn't seem to like me much, does he?" she said despondently. Unlike Kemuri, Guinevere didn't know how to read people very well at all.

The boy peeked at Guinevere, his face bright red from what could be seen and he quickly went back to hiding. He didn't know how to face Guinevere, especially when he was too shy to talk to anyone. The little boy was so nervous, he began hiccuping. Bouncing slightly in Kemuri's arms with each sound.

Kemuri laughed, not understanding why the little boy was blushing. He thought he was just shy. Kemuri was oblivious to the obvious as usual. Kemuri shook a bit as the boy started to hiccup in his arms. "Oh, do you or Kotatsu know where the Bookstore in the next town is? I gotta get Nikolai back to Jade and he doesn't want to take the bus-monster. so the other way was to walk but we have no directions." Kemuri said, remembering the point of them two being in this mess.

Guinevere shook her head. "We never get to go anywhere but this town." she said. "We could ask someone though." she mentioned, forgetting that she was the one they were asking. "I'll bet plenty f people know where the book store is."
Kotatsu nodded. "You were taking the bus before, right? I could look at a bus schedule as well."

The child whined from the hiccups, and they grew louder when he heard that they'd get on the buss again. This day was just getting to be worse and worse! His little wings flapped, sending the hunter green mittens to fall to the icy sidewalk. The once stary wings Guin had seen before were reduced to darkness- all the lights on them seemed to be gone, but a few flecks of faint light hung around his wings like fireflies.

Guinevere picked up Nikolai's gloves and handed them to him. "Kotatsu, Nikolai doesn't mant to go on a bus!" she scolded. He appeared to be in great distress and Guinevere gave him a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, that awful, badly dress-"
Kotatsu cleared her throat. "I MEANT that if I checked a bus route I'd see which way we had to walk." she said to Guinevere, raising an eyebrow.
"-Wonderful mother." Guinevere finished hastily. "I guess that's okay." she admitted grudgingly.
