Scott broke the hold at the ref's count. Punk succeeds in kicking him away, while Scott attempt to roll with the backward momentum and bounce off the far ropes with a running enzuguri.

(That wasn't God-Modding. If I'd blatantly taken the move, or written in your submission, that would have been God-Modding. Big difference.
On the subject, yes, I would like the duke, if you're amenable to that. Scott lost his debut match, and I'd like to keep him somewhat viable contender-wise.)
Scott goes splat after missing the enzuguri.
Punk lifts him and hooks in the double underhook backbreaker. Scott comes down hard across his knee. He yells out in pain as Punk dives in for the cover.
1...2...2 15/16ths as Scott gets a shoulder up at the last possible second!

Scott staggers up and is greeted with a running kneelift. He staggers off of the ropes as Punk hits the ropes on the other side, catching Scott in a punishing bulldog.

Well fought, sir. All right, I'll wrap it.)
Scott rolled on the mat after the bulldog, as Punk backed up, looking to finish the match with a high impact hit. As Scott got woozily to his feet, Punk charged in, looking for a Shining Wizard.
As Punk leaped to ready the knee strike, Scott grabbed him in mid-flight and Snake Eyed him into the top turnbuckle. As Punk spun around and staggered back from the hit, he finally fell to his knees. Scott seized the opportunity and ran in, cinched, and executed the Shock and Awe flip piledriver.
He immediately dove in for the leg hook and cover.
1...2...3!
The ring announcer chimed in over the arena speakers. "Here is your winner...Scott...Shoooock!"
As "Intoxication" rocked the house, Scott took a victory run around the ring, banging his head and throwing the devil horns. Afterward, while Punk was still getting to his feet, Scott walked over and offered him a hand up.
