He looked down at Kelwyn and blinking, "Well, I think you could if you went to other side of the library. I think they're having some kind of lovers fuede, but then I don't really think they're lovers. Hmm...odd. I'm Migy, and who might you be?" He bowed to her slightly as he waited for her answer listening to fight coninue on.

Kelwyn laughed a light, silvery laugh. "I'm called Kelwyn, it's a pleasure to meet you Migy." The elf looked back to the fight, staying clear of the flying papers. "I must say, I've been in more dangerous fights, but few with more... enthusiasm. It is a shame to see all of those books go to waste, though."

"I would have to agree. I walked in with a fellow being stabbed in the leg by the cat girl. I'm surprised he's moving around as much as he is. I bandaged his leg, but still..." He knelt down to be closer to Kel's height as the remained there watching the scene.

"So what brought you here before you were so distracted?" Kelwyn asked the tall man, trying to make conversation while she decided what she wanted to do.

"Actually, nothing really brought me here. I just found my way here. Maybe I was lost in this bizarre city and maybe not. I was on my way out but they started a fire.Though I haven't anywhere in particular to go."

"I'm travelling too," Kelwyn replied. "I stopped here to get out of the weather and do some exploring."

"Well, out of the rain into the storm it seems. Maybe that weather is looking a little more inviting considering this fight that broke out. Are you travelling anywhere in particular or just wandering aimlessly?" He readjusted himself into a sitting position to be a bit more comfortable while he talked with Kel.

Katastrophy Kat hit the ground in a crouch, just as the explosion burst through th bookshelf above her. The bookshelf slowed it's topple as it hit the shelf behind it, causing a domino effect, but it left Kat with very few options as to where to run. Kat sprinted clear of the falling bookcase, grabbing her gun along the way. Luckily, the bookshelf wasn't long, since it hadn't knocked over the ones in the same row. As soon as Kat was clear of the falling shelf she turned around and crouched, shooting at what she thought was Crim through the storm of flying pages. He would approach in a low dash, the pain of his leg only serving to anger him and intensify his stride. Crim` raised his right hand in front of him, a bullet zooming past his head as he ran at Kat using the awkward cover of the flying pages for his advance. He'd dive toward her through the hovering, floating pages, roll, and then attempt a quick grab of her shirt with his left hand while still partially crouched, coming to a sudden halt in front of her, undoubtably in her gun's sights. A risky manuever but one that, if ending as he predicted, would leave his free right hand right in her face as he pulled her closer by her shirt. The hand would be ready to release the pent up energy within to lethal effect, a definite way to sway the catgirl from pulling the trigger a second time.

"Just sort of wandering right now, although I have an eventual destination." Kelwyn leaned against a low table nearby, keeping herself at Migy's eyelevel as he sat down. "I just have plenty of time to get there. What about yourself?"

He wacthed as the fight started to get more intense. "Oh I'm just wanering by nature. I don't really have any place to be, or anywhere to go, simply on the move. What destination are you headed for? If I may ask?"

She smiled warmly at him. "You may. I'm heading for home for a festival, but the feast is quite a way off still. I'm from Celorn Forest, though I doubt you've heard of it. It isn't exactly on the beaten path."

"It's a festival celebrating the 505th birth of our king..." Kelwyn looked like she was going to say more, but she fell silent.

He noticed she droped silent but didn't want to pry into something she didn't want to talk about. "505 years huh? Sounds like it'll be a spectacular fesitival."

Kelwyn brightened, "It's quite beautiful. A lot of people don't realize this from the outside, but elves love a good party."
