In order to restore his clan he would have to have children with someone *Sakura* And if they got married the children would carry on His family name considering he's well, the man!

UchiwaSakura Well, the restoring of the clan WILL Happen. There is no doubt that sasuke will do it, he will do it. Sakura won't hesitate, she promised Sasuke she do anything for him and will always love him. Let us just hope Sasuke knows how the process goes, remember the pencil goes into the sharpener. NO! Not there, you will never learn neutral In all fairness, Sasuke may die before he gets a chance to restore his clan. It could happen. And I have to say, as much as Sakura loves Sasuke I doubt that if he popped the question randomly after her returns (if he returns) that she wouldn't hesitate at all. Plus, there's the chance that Sasuke would pick Karin, who'd probably be a good deal more willing to jump his bones any second of the day.

Dragon-Ninjutsu yeah it is awkward and yeha its gonna be hilarious when he passes out.... but 8 KIDS??? okay thats a huge family..... and To make a CLAN itachi is gonna have to help..... becouse then theres just kids and grandkids but with itachi their will be neices and nephews and cousins.... yeah..... any wayy SUBJECT CHANGE!!!!!!!! Actually, Itachi wouldn't have to help. If Sasuke had multiple sons, and they all had kids, it would branch out eventually. The restoration of the clan isn't a short-term-goal, and I don't imagine that Sasuke'd want about a hundred Uchihas right away.

yeah after i possted that i thought about and if he had multiple soons they carry on the uhchiha name.... and if they get mariied to girls outsidde the clan its eaasily doubled ....

YES FINALLY SOME ONE GETS WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING!!! because if your have a kid out of incest you have more chance of birht defects and one of thm could end up mentally handiccapp!!!

The occurence of Down's Syndrome decreases as the degree of relation increases, though. As long as Sasuke's kids and grandkids don't try anything with each other, they'll be okay. I think second cousins are able to reproduce with a minimal chance of Down's Syndrome.
But onto the topic again...I think Sasuke just wants to be reassured someone will be carrying the Sharingan long after his death. I do hope he gets around doing it. No matter how many children he'll have, as long as it's male, the clan will develop, somehow.

OMFG I FORGOT!!!!! if kakashi has a sharigohn can't he pass it on to his kids???
i totally forgot about that trivial thing!!!!!! i know they wont be a uhchiha but still its a possilbility.... then on eof his daughters could marry uhchiha and she DOES have a sharigohn then its not incest AND then theres a good chancwe that the outcome WILL have the sharigohn!!!!

Remedi The fact is true. Early in the manga, while Kakashi was asking Team 7 a bit of info about them, Sasuke stated that his ambitions were to kill "a certain man" (Itachi), and restore his clan.
He seems to have given up the latter for his first goal, but if he lives through it, he'll no doubt want to restore his clan.
To restore his clan, he'll have to marry and/or just have kids with someone. They won't be an Uchiha for sure. But the kids will probably get his bloodline. (I doubt that the children will have to be PURE Uchiha to have the Sharingan.)
So to answer the question simply: He won't have to get MARRIED, but he WILL have to...well...>> do the "Baby Making Process" with someone *cough*Sakura*cough*. I agree with you..
