I live in a town too, not a city. It is Brookfield. Connecticut is a weird name and it's hard to translate to Japanese. It comes from some Native American word. It apparently comes from the word "Quinnehtukqut" which means "Long River Place." I think the weird thing about it is you don't really pronounce the first "c" so it's "con-net-ti-cut."

Colorado, our elevation is high and so are many of our people biggrin (especially in the People's Republic of Boulder)

Brownwood, Texas and I hate it... because I'm 3hrs from Abeline and 3.5hrs from Dallas/Ft Worth and 2hrs from Austin which is where the good malls are located. gonk
I do not recomend moving here if you're a high fashion person -[like my self]- who needs to constantly go shopping for new clothes/accessories/etc.etc.
