Ishira nodded and took Gils hand. The others watched carefully and wondered what she was going to do. Ishiras eyes went to Kioke though. The young girl was the strongest of the group and was completely loyal. She was a leader to everyone there for she had always been the first to be by Ishiras side.
"Kioke, come here please." She asked and Kioke came, with no word. As she came to Ishira she bowed, showing her undying respect to her master.

What do you need m'lady? The girls sweet voice chimed through the room. Ishira nodded again.

"Can you go into the spiri orb form?" Ishira asked. Kioke smiled and nodded and soon her body seemed to fade away rxcept for a small part in her chest. It glowed brightly in the room and went up to Ishira. She put her hand up to it and smiled again. "This is soul light."

"I want you two to learn how to use Soul Light, and how to manipulate it. Soul Light connects to a person there for if you know how to connect with it, you can make some people puppets. Also you can use Soul Light as a last resort to attack. When you are in a void... But using your own Soul Light can kill you because theres only a certain amount within a person. Soul light can be replenished through rest and healing, but it takes time. "

Ishira moved her hand quickly and a small string of light from Kioke followed. Kioke stood in place and Ishira put both her hands together. Light started to move through the string and into Ishiras hands, draining Kioke. Kioke still stayed in place, weakened but holding strong.

"You can weaken opponents, or attack them directly by connecting with them. You know you've connected when you see a string between the person and you. Only you should be able to see it if you do it right and if you dont want another person to see it. This connection can be broken very easily though and it also requires you use some of your own Soul light. Also the more of your own Soul Light you use, the stronger the connection will be and the farther away you can be from your opponent. But again you need to know how to control your Light because using too much is dangerous. " Ishira swiped her hand in front of her, distroying the connection. Kioke swayed a little and Ishira caught her and gently held her.

"Im sorry Kioke, ill be more careful next time." She whispered and then looked at the others. She nodded gently and a few of the other Spirits came to her side in their orb form. She then looked to her students. "There are a few things you need to do. First gather some of your own Soul energy in your hands... Like this." Ishira stood and put her hands in front of her. A bright glow outlined her body slowly, showing it took an effort to gather it. Her eyes closed tightly as if in pain and then the light gathered in her hand. She opened her eyes and took in a deep breath.

Quint watched this whole demonstration, the amazing light show stinging his highly sensitive eyes. He'd learned from his first time here how to see the whole spectrum of light, and his eyes showed it, as the gold flecks sparkled with the various manifestations and transfers of Spirit Light.

The concept of linking with such light energy was not new to him. He'd heard many descriptions from the Cosmic Unconscious to Soul Ties. But, actually forming this kind of energy outside of his body seemed...mildly daunting. But, like always, he'd try.

He nodded, once Ishira finished her demonstration, and readied himself. He copied Ishira's pose, and began to find the correct wavelength of light to summon from inside himself. Just as he'd seen with Kioke, the energy pooled at about chest height in his body, but also coursed through his entire being in small streams. He could feel how bad it would be to loose to much of this; it seemed more vital even than blood to the human existence.

Slowly, he pushed the energy toward his skin, trying to make a film over his body, a sheen of light. It hurt him when it got too low in a particular area, with a slight pins-and-needles feeling accompanying a dull pain. He balanced it, though, and it wasn't more than uncomfortable to get a glow like Ishira's. Then, he slowly channeled it to his hands. this was harder, since he was sending a good amount of his light lifeblood to an extremity. It didn't hurt, per se, but he was nervous about it, a root feeling telling him that so much could go wrong here. But he continued, and soon, a faint shimmer in the air in his hands showed him he was making progress.

Ishira nodded and the other spirits all went into the Soul Light form. Her body felt the stress of having the ball in her hands but she ignored it, knowing she could do so much more. Her eyes held the concern for her students though and she wondered if she was doing the right thing. Both seemed to know of Soul light, and both seemed to be careful. But she knew the strain she felt was either equal to theirs or much less...
"I want you to move that energy between your hands, dont worry if you feel a small bit of strain, worry if you dont feel a thing or if you suddenly feel weak." She moved the ball of energy between her hands with easy. The only thing she could feel was a slight pressure, like a string attached the ball to her and each time she moved the ball the string pulled slightly. She payed no attetnion to the strain, since it only taunted her for a few seconds. She let goof the ball so it hovered and then spun around her, "Afterwards i would like to see how many of these orbs you can summon without feeling ill."

Ishira watched them, carefully. Both had caught on quickly and though there was a strain they fought through it. She smiled happy that they were doing so well, but not surprised. They were prized students, one could say.
"Careful, dont strain yourself to much." She said as she watched. She looked back at the other spirits. Kioke was back up and now around the rest of the spirits. They all waited calmly until called...

Ishira watched Q carefully. His body had shook only for a short time but it was enough to grab her attention.
"Q, be careful..." She mumbled as she watched him. He now had three orbs, which was probably putting a large strain on him. Ishira knew he had the ability to control more but the risk was more then enough to keep her from suggesting it.
