Foetus In Fetu `Chloe Sullivan` The reason Kate's Lois didn't have the same "Snark" as you called it was because Kate's Lois was not the same Lois as seen in the other movies. Her Lois was different from the other ones, because her Lois was showing the maturity that her character had taken on in the five years absence of Superman. She became a mother which is liable to change ANY life around. I mean so her character is AS carefree as other Lois' we have seen being played in the past... It doesn't completely change a person's personality, and I don't think that writing an article entitled "Why the World Doesn't Need Superman" after he'd left was a very mature move, either. The fact that she apparently believed that to be true made her look incredibly naïve.
But think about it. Before Superman left, she was down right head over heels in love with him. The next thing she knows she is waking up and finding out that her lover has just left. no goodbye, no note, no reasons, no nothing. She most likely went into major depression, a major part of her life was just CUT OUT in a matter of a few hours. Have you ever read the book New Moon? The Sequel to Twilight. (If you haven't I STRONGLY suggest you do, its very good) but anyway, the main character in that basically goes through the same thing. I mean the character is just bound to change her personality and outlook on life. I mean think about it, if you just suddenly lost the one thing in your life that mattered most to you, you can't tell me that you wouldn't be phased at all by that. If the person she Loved more then anyone else in the universe (we are talking pre Jason here) just walked out on her, that was bound to drop her self confidence about 10 notches. She couldn't go on pretending in life that nothing was wrong and that everything was just the same... because it obviously wasn't.

I'm sure that her outlook changed; we know that she was very much in love with him. However, after five years I feel that she would have healed somewhat. Knocked her confidence, yes, but Lois Lane is a prize-winning journalist now in what's characterised as a loving relationship, besides which I've never thought that she gauges her own self-worth on what other people think of her.
I kind of feel as well like she should have disconnected her own pain and the fact that she apparently felt that she didn't need Superman from the fact that the world does need Superman. I think Lois Lane is above that.

If you think that Lois could have healed that fast then you are seriously under estimating the Love that Superman and Lois Lane have for each other. Not to mention his timing could not have been worse. I mean she has a kid, whom she KNOWS is not Richards, She is engaged to Richard, she won the Pulitzer for a hypocritical article based mainly off her emotions and anger for the departure of her lover. Really, I don't think you are putting into perspective at how ANGRY she was....

well..
season 5 was the best one so far in my opinion
but i think this season (6) is pretty boring and disappointing
xp
its also irritating and confusing.

`OohDang_she LOVES him! well..
season 5 was the best one so far in my opinion

Iv'e liked the recent episodes...like 6 of the episodes. The rest are dull or just ok.
