Laos watched with growing curiosity, his anger and hatred for Lord Auren Shiro bubbling in the pit of his stomach. He would allow Sibel to take care of this, after all, she had captured him once before.
"Sibel, take care of him, quickly, no games and I hope for your sake, no mistakes."
She began to circle Auren slowly, poisonous green eyes fixed on him, with every slow step she took, Shavs writhed on the floor. Her screams were muffled by the bloodstained floor, but their intensity grew.
Her eyes were glazed with pain but she refused to loose consciousness, refused to let blissful unawareness numb the bone shattering pain that Sibel drove into her trembling form.
Sibel chuckled evilly, " What are you going to do to me Lord Auren? Kill me? Kill me so that my master can simply withdraw me through the veil and set me against you again, only this time as an immortal evil spirit. Go ahead, I do not fear death, it is my buisness. My passion, dying would be ecstasy, pain is ecstasy."
She casually kicked Shavas out of the way, smiling as the sorceress buckled once more in pain. As she drew closer to Auren, she began to whisper. " I could teach you to appreciate it, the pain, you could have been so powerful Auren if you had only stayed at my side. You could still, if you will return. Wo cares about this petty, selfish mage. She has fallen once and will probably do so again. She craved power, she still does. Shavas is a creature of evil, she serves the queen of darkness, the goddess to whom the black mage tower was originally dedicated. Even if she doesn't serve Laos she still serves darkness. Will you waste your life trying to save this worthless scar on the face of humanity?"

Auren stepped in a circle around Sibel, not letting her close the distance between the two. "Really? I don't feel pain at all. In fact. I don't feel much at all, thanks to your efforts." He took a step to the left, staying away from her.
"Death is your buisness? Heh. I made a living out of it for half my former life."
Another step.
"Powerful? You have no idea what I can do. You may think you do. Your Lord has a solid idea of what I can do, with raw abilities, but I doubt he can look into my head and divine what I can do."
Another step.
"Darkness does not necessarily denote evil. Perhaps if you knew what being a mercenary is like, you would understand, but alas, you live for your own greed. Besides, I'll take the smaller scar for the larger scar any day, any time. Now, come, let's see what you can do."
Another step, and Auren dropped into a fighting stance, blade held in the striking position. Both hand and claw rest on the hilt, with the blade on level with his head.

(What do you say to a random # game? evens the blow hits, odds it misses?) "You are a foolish man. Even if you did manage to kill me do you tbink my master would allow you to leave this place with the woman he has worked so hard to avenge himself upon. The same as he captured your son, Arkayid, who awaits you in vain even now. Deep within the bowels of our citadel. Have you failed to notice the absence of your poor son Auren?"
Sibel's eyes brightened feverishly, sparkling fire gathered around her hands once more, she swayed slightly as it grew. There was a white hot edge to it, the kind that left streaks in your vision if you gazed at it too long. "She allowed a rope of it to break free and wrap around Auren's legs. Intending to pull his legs out from under him.
Laos noted with some amusement that, despite the battle at hand Sibel had not stopped torturing Shavas. She was a determined sort, stupid, but determined. If she could pull this battle off he would have revenge on both of his targets, and if she failed he could do away with the likes of her. She was beautiful of course, but there were beautiful women aplenty attending him.
Sibel had failed him too many times to prove of use if she could not manage to defeat Auren. Shavas was bleeding horribly from the ugly tears across her face, torso, and legs. She writhed with pain and the look on her face was absolutely delicious. He allowed some magic of hisown to trickle into her wounds, to sustain her, he burned the fluid from her lungs and helped to strengthen her fluttering heart. She still clung desperatly to awareness. That would not do, he pinched off her oxygen until spiraled down into the blackness and then released.
Shavas had been a good ally, it would be a waste for her to die so pitifully. He did allow Sibel to continue with her painful administrations. Shavas had, after all, utterly betrayed him to the very same priestess whose head she had once vowed to deliver to him in the Shadow mire.

Auren stepped away from the rope, and laughed. "Really? That's all you can manage. Honestly. I would've... expected... More." Auren took a step forward, and seemed to blur out of vision, existing only as a shadow at the edge of vision, bringing the bleeding sword in a brutal arc, step to the side, get cut in half, step back, get sliced open, step foward... meet the same fate as to the side. He of course didn't expect it to catch her, but oh well, he could always hope.

A quickly summoned sheild was efficient enough to deflect his blade. She laughed, "Don't get so cocky, it really doesn't you." She backed up slowly, he eyes sliding out of focus as she conjured. with a cry she unleashed a bolt of magic that roared as it cut through the air headed straight for Auren. She felt a touch of warm air, and Laos's voice whispered in her ear.
"This is your last chance Sibel, fail now and I will stretch you smooth skin across the seat of my throne after wripping it off of your body in strips. I'm tired of you failing me, bringing me back was the last smart thing you ever did.
She flushed with anger and embarrasment as her eyes narrowed with concentration. Even as her magic flew towards Auren, she hurled magic onto Shavas that seared her flesh with white hot bolts of lightning. The heady stench of burning flesh rose from the sorceress's twitching body.

Auren took the thunderbolt in the chest, and grunted with the impact, before being thrown back and rolling. He sprang up like nothing happened. He cracked his neck, and grinned. "Not bad. But do you think that would really stop me?"
He grinned, though invisible to Sibel because of his helm, he brought the sword up, and made a slashing motion, though that was not the threat. The real threat lay in the dead black knife twirling with an unnatural hum towards her, looking like it was moving slower then it was.

Sibel saw the threat just in time, reaching out she caught it by the hilt and winced as the sharp blade sliced the tender skin between her fingers. "Not bad, but not good enough as you can see." The knife clattered to the floor, and she wiped the blood off on her robe. slowly, she lifted her hand until it was level with her face, black fire in three different streams began to spiral in her palm. Bit by bit, it grew until it towered over the sorceress and her opponent. Laos's human servants backed away, well aware of what the firey cyclone could do to their tender hides. The demons backed of a little too, although not quite as far, Tartarus was a kingdom of fire, death, and darkness. They were well accustomed to heat much greater than she had conjured. She snipped the chord of power binding it to her magic and sent it hurling for her foe, the air screamed and sizzled, her twister left scorch marks across the stone where it passed. She laughed as it careened into one of the slaves, more terrified of its master that firey death. By now the heat had grown so that the tongues of flame eagerly, and easily burned blesh off of bone and left nothing but a greasy smear where the comering man had once knelt.

Auren held his ground, oblivious to the heat, and held out his claw, which absorbed and dissipated it, leaving the bone darker then usual, and an unusual twinge in it.
"Same to you." He took a step forward, and started casting a spell. It was simple, yet devestating in its ability. He started casting the spell with one hand, while flipping the sword to his claw, while making a side-swipe again. This time, with the casting of the spell, he finished chanting along with the swipe, creating a wind spell that would duplicate the blade effect on anything.

Her eyes widened as she watched her spell simply dissapate against his powerful armor. She would have to do something about that. His protection was so that only the most powerful, tiring spells had a chance of striking a devastating blow. it was frustrating, she teetered slightly. feeling fatigued after such a lengthly casting.
She caught Laos's sickly sweet smile out of the corner of her eye. He was so evil, he cared nothing for her, and yet... No matter how many times he struck her, ignored her, left her side in favor of his latest entertainment... She loved him all the more, he truly was her master for he held her heart as well as her soul in his claws.
It was as she gazed at her lord that Auren's wind spell hit her. She doubled over, gasping, and coughing up blood onto the already soaked stone. She could hear Loas laugh quetly to himself. When she turned to look again Jadira was perched on the arm of his throne. Twin pairs of green eyes met, both smoldering with hatred. Jadira delighted in anything that caused the sorceress pain.
Sibel straightened with a snarl, her arm clutched over her abdomen, fortunatly the low hadn't cut all the way through into her vitals, although it was painfully close.
She spat at the floor, slowly she raised her chin to gaze at him, without warning she leapt foreward, a conjured sword with a blade as dark as shadow gripped in her hand. She swung it with prescision in a deadly arc, aiming for the weaker, jointed, areas of his armor.

Auren was surprised she got away with that hit. Normal-- He managed to deflect the black sword from lopping a limb off, just barely. The sword cut deep into his left elbow, as he forced the limb down the edge, while pulling away to reduce the injury as much as he could. Snarling, he dropped the bleeding edge and raked at Sibel in counter attack.

Sibel's head snapped back, his blow had cut deep gouges agross the right side of her face.
She ran her tongue over the inside of her cheek, feeling for any damage. It was rapidly swelling but the cut, at least on her cheek, hadn't gone all the way through. She could beel bone when she placed a trembling hand against her forehead.
She placed a hasty healing spell around the more dire injuries, the cuts became shallower and it stopped the worst bloodflow, but she could still feel blood thrickling down th line of her cheekbone.
Sibel saw with satisfaction that her previous blow had hit, she still held the shadow sword which was now pulsing with pleasure at havng tasted blood. She allowed the blade to dissolve and reform into something a bit smaller, and easier for her to handle since her right eye was blinded with blood.
The daggers flem from her fingers, propelled by magic, aiming for his leg, abdomen, and injured arm. (Since theres three I'll roll three dice, first from left is leg, then abdomen, then arm. How do we decide a KO btw?)

((When we feel like it? I mean, we're both kinda hurting right now...))
Auren grunted as one blade bit into his shin, grating against the bone, the abdomen dagger bounced off like a rock, and the injured arm's armor was cut through and sliced the hardened flesh underneath. Auren felt tendons being cut, but ignored it as his hand cast a healing spell to repair the tendons and nothing more.
"Sibel. I hope you do realize that nothing you are doing is going to slow me down. So far, you've managed to give me nicks and cuts, but nothing serious. I'm not human. You are."
With that, Auren released the adrenaline in his system that he had been supressing. He seemed to have gone into a land where time moved slowly, his heart was pounding in his chest with a steady rhythm.
BaBump
Auren took two steps forward and disappeared from human eyes, moving faster then pretty much anything most people had seen in their lives. First Bleeding Edge disappeared too, and a slash that sang through the air was driven at Sibel's shoulder, intent at cutting through.
BaBump
Dancing away, Auren took three steps forward, and launched himself back at her, this slash aiming at her legs, intent on severing them at the knee. Again, a singing slash rang through the air.
BaBump
Auren swiped with the claw this time, aiming at gutting her while the Bleeding Edge pushed against her right arm to keep it away in any defensive attacks.
BaBump
The final stroke of Auren sang through the air, aimed at her throat. The slash would not decapitate, but merely open her throat to the world at large, including her veins.
