Okay, so you'd have to either be a genius or an idiot savant to pull off Gourry. xd
But I seriously think he'd be a hard character to carry - god knows no one does it in fanfic - and yeah, Xellos, Valgaav, and Zelgadis would also be incredibly difficult (if for no other reason than people generally tend to use them as props in shipping fics, if ya ask me).

Oh, no doubt on that part--without Lina to assist, he'd be one hell of a maintainer. Keeping the crack isn't as hard as keeping the relationships. At least, to me (obviously I am weaksauce. |D ).
Basically, we have to con Kira or Ash into apping gourry. mrgreen
