He left the room and climbed the grand stairs in the palace.

"Thank you..." Kanna said as she sniffed a little. Her eyes had become puffy and red when she cried.
Kazuo gave her his hankerchief and hugged her. "I really wish there was something we could do."
"Y'know...." Kanna said between sniffs, "This seems to remind me so much of a story back in the human realm...Cinderella...."

"Yes, you're right..." Kanna wiped her eyes and sat down on a chair to compose herself.
Kazuo stood next to her, waiting for her to finish.
"How about we do a different dance this time," Ms. Shirune suggested.

"Something a little more upbeat should do it..." Ms. Shirune began playing a song with a more lively melody, so the steps were faster.
Kanna accepted Kazuo's hand again and together they began the faster-paced song. They kept perfectly on beat the whole time.

Grey sat on the lavishly adorned chair and sighed to herself. This wasnt where she wanted to be. And the day was certainly going to be long.
