How do plan on going about reforming the guild once you get it?

I dislike this guild. However, they are not using "txt-tlk" in their banner, and aside from not capitalizing all their letters, they are doing fairly well. However, it is unforgivable that they would make a guild that defies our cause. I say take those powers away!
