Lupis smiled at Kurtis fed them bits of food, "I wouldn't do that if I were you. Now they will never leave you alone." Ripping a piece off from the omelet she sighed, "Man this is wonderful." She said as she took another bite. She sat at the table, causing several cats who were sunning there to give her haughty looks as they stalked off. The animals moved to her, settling themselves on and around them. She fed them bits of food and stroked them.

"Awe thats alright. They all wanted something to eat as well. Besides its alright to treat them once in a while."
Kurtis smiled over to Lupis as he finished cooking his own omelet. He smiled and put it onto a plate and went to the table to join Lupis.
"My omelets do not contain very many ingrediants but they are still not bad. Perhaps next time I'll try again to make the sauce for a spanish omelet. I continue trying but I can't seem to get the recipe right."

Lupis smiled as she ate her omelet, "I can't imagine anything you make being bad, you are a great cook." The cats were coming back, realizing that she had food. One calico cat with a torn ear and several battle scars draped itself around her neck and purred as Lupis fed it meat. Lupis grinned, "So, whats the plan? Unless you have something of course. I still need to get that ID..." She said, her brows furrowed.

"Unfortunatly I have no plans for today. Though if you wish I can go with you when you go get your ID."
Kurtis looked over at Lupis then at the cat.
"Besides you would be surprised. I find that even if you miss one ingrediant it can make your sauce terrible. And unfortunatly I just can't seem to get this recipe right. Its always missing something."

Lupis grinned, "Your too hard on yourself." She said as she got up, dumping the cat as it yowled in protest. "And I would love if you came with me, unless its too much trouble that is." She stretched lightly, exposing two jagged pink scars in the form of an X on her abdomen before it was covered again by her shirt.

Kurtis noticed the scar on her abdomen but felt that now was not the time to ask her about it. He watched her with a smile as he nodded.
"Yes I will go with you. It should be no trouble at all. Besides it takes no more then a few moments to get your ID."

Lupis' eyes danced. "Theres so much of Mirandal that I have yet to explore, it will be great seeing the sites over the years." She grinned and, after making sure to pet every animal and plant, went outside.

He smiled at Lupis and followed out after here. Heading off to the registration office.

Lupis walked in, and was bombarded by animals as they caught whiff of her food. She laughed and went into the kitchen, followed by at least 15 animals. She prepared their food, putting raisins in the mice and birds food for a special treat. To the cats she gave anchovies, which they loved, purring as they ate. And to the dogs she gave them the meat, with a bit of spice and bits of bread on it. She smiled at the animals around her, she really loved each and every one. She then went and watered and love her plants, only plopping on the couch after she had seen to every one. She then felt a little uneasy, remembering the earlier conversation about her scar.

Kurtis smiled and put the food he had into her fridge so it wouldn't go bad. He took the bags with the cd player over to a table and sat down. He pulled it out of the box and set it up for Lupis. He turned to see the distressed look on her face.
"Lupis come here. I'll show you how to work this thing."

Lupis went over, interested. She saw him plug it into the wall. There was a slot towards the top with a raised circle in the middle. "Is that where it goes?" She asked, leaning over his shoulder to watch.

"yup thats it. This one actually has a remote."
He held up the remote and showed her all the buttons.
"You push this one to open up the disc like so."
Kurtis pushed the button as the slot opened up. He opened up one of the cd' cases and put the cd inside. Then pushed the same button to close it. He then showed Lupis the track seeking buttons as well as the buttons for volume, repeat, shuffle and all that other good stuff.
"Its really easy to work. Try it Lupis."
Kurtis smiled and handed her the remote to the cd player.

She looked at the remote, completely mystified about what to do with it. Music started playing softly though, so thankfully she did not have to know how to use it right now. She could learn the darned thing later. Rufus went up to Kurtis, whining and tilting his ear for a scratch.

Kurtis turned his head over to Rufus and laughed abit.
"Oh I do appologize old man. I didn't mean to keep you waiting for so long."
Kurtis lifted his hand up and began to scratch Rufus head.
"There we go. How does that feel?"

Rufus whined in pleasure, his crooked tail wagging. He closed his one good eye and leaned against Kurtis. Lupis grinned. "Now Rufus will love you forever, he loves getting scratched." Rufus barked in agreement. One of the cats, the calico, went to Kurtis and started yowling for attention.
